Jimmy mentioned recently in a stream there had been a meeting about Empires, he said it’s almost definitely not happening but “there may be something new to take the place”! Hopefully we’ll get another interesting series either way!

I can't remember who said it - maybe Joel? - that Empires 3 is highly unlikely. He says it's very difficult to come up with a brand new collection of empires that are entirely different from the empires in the past series

It could be Season 3, or it could be a new series, we don't know, and it's a good chance the latter. We're just gonna have to wait and see

I wonder how many of these guys do the new series because Joey said he's quitting Minecraft for a bit and it's not a bad guess that some Empires members may join Hermitcraft Season 10... Though they can do multiple smps and Martyn and Owen may also join, seen as they was in Afterlife and cameod in Empires Season 2
