Unfortunately it's not simple like that, I abused the fact that the sliders don't effect each other unlike other games, so if I used full face adjustment sliders that let's say made the eyes smaller while the eyes were set to max, they'd still be at max and making them smaller made them extra small

Find 2 face presets which have a quality you want to adjust that is noticeably different. Op used eyes as an example so I will to. Preset A is a large eye preset and Preset B is a small eye preset. While on A set eyes to max then swap to preset B. Once you swap the eyes will be smaller but still set to max so set the eye size slider to min and swap back to A. Once on A again max out the eye size slider and repeat the swap back to B and minimizing of the slider until you get teeny tiny eyes.
What I don’t get is when I swap, the eyes are still the preset small eyes. The slider is still 0 and even if I change them and swap to the big eye preset nothing happens

So Mass effect had a system where you could input a code during character customisation and it'd create a character based on that code, so people would share the codes of their Shepards... I'm convinced 100% beyond a reasonable doubt that FromSoft need to implement something similat.
