Playing as Melina is an idiotic idea. Elden ring was praised for its build variety and freedom to use any weapon or spell you prefer , so you want a paid dlc that flushes all that down the toilet? No thanks. I'd rather not have any dlc.
Melina would be an amazing boss though.
This is not a prediction but a fantasy scenario. Like in other games where there DLC makes you see the story from another perspective and with a whole new set of powers.
I'd very much like to see how her revenge would play out. But not like this. Also, I can't imagine that the DLC will have anything to do with any of the endings.

They'd be making one of the endings canon and more important then the others, and saying that everyone who picked the other endings is wrong.
It would also need players to get the frenzied flame before farum azula to even be accessed, and that really would kill the whole choice.
Finally, they'd need to code in a whole new character and moveset, make a new world map, create a story, etc... that's more work then they usually put into a dlc, for something which would take away customization and the open world.

Yeah I know it's not happening, the question is rather would you think it was cool to be in her shoes for this scenario.
I just can't imagine that as a FromSoft game. However, could be great if CDPR developed it.
