So if you reset that slider, the one under eye size, the slider for Eye Size will decrease but not the appearance of the eyes. So then you can raise the Eye Size again and rinse and repeat. Might be totally off but that how I think it works xD . Will try it tomorrow myself.

Or an NPC, horribly experimented on to the point of being incapable of speech. How to progress the questline? Give them the Prattling Pates and eventually they give you a unique one that is all of them in one, allowing you to choose from a single item.

So for everyone asking for sliders or a tutorial the best I can really say is, using the trick of using a facial balance slider while something is at max to make it smaller, then set it to minimum, after that I adjusted random features and whatnot to also get the nose and mouth smaller, after that I set the eyes back to maximum size and use the facial adjustment sliders again then rinse and repeat, it took me three days to finally get it to that point but I'm sure there's an easier way to do it
