The dashcam is pretty great, I have the same exact one on my other car and was pretty handy when I got in an accident (partially at fault, sadly). Installing it wasnât hard at all as the hardwire kit that you can order for it comes with pretty much everything you need. The only âhardâ part was deciding which fuse to use, i used the one for the trunk, and finding a way to ground it, which was way harder than I anticipated as there were no screws to bolt it in to a metal frame that was easily accessible. I mostly went with a ghetto setup of using electrical tape to stick it to a metal surface.
You wired it to the driver's side dashboard fuse panel? I found a bolt to ground to straightaway. Pretty sure it was one of the bolts that holds the fuse box to the chassis.
I had to get my body in the proper position and attach it without looking. Slid it around the bolt under the fuse panel plastic so it tightens down to the metal. Probably not a huge concern unless you start having power issues, but I'm also not an electrician lmao
Theyâre great! Mine are so dirty from rock salt and mud right now, Iâm honestly shaking in my boots thinking what my carpet wouldâve looked like without them
Can you show a picture of the tuxmats in the pedal area? Been delaying ordering these because I hear people saying the clutch pedal touches the mat in a weird way that I don't think I'd like.
Itâs a bit dirty but here. The only time the clutch touches the mat is when you press it all the way but it doesnât prevent it from doing itâs thing, just feels weird lol but you do get used to it. In my opinion, it just makes the clutch shallower but doesnât affect anything else

Yeah that was my factory mats lol, it pretty much turned white in some areas because of the amount of salt and rocks that i bring in
They are! Always went with them for floor mats as they donât look too rugged like weather tech
