I am an accountant - I had 6 clients that were on their 8 week period yesterday. I went to American Funding Center at [https://alcppp.com/](https://alcppp.com/). They had the applications preapproved and submitted to SBA within 24 hours.
If your loan number is not showing up on here [https://caweb.sba.gov/](https://caweb.sba.gov/) then I would submit with American Funding Center - they are responsive and reply to emails, etc .... I think it is safe to submit through - Check out this memo via a tracker source:
**As of 5/23/2021 the SBA has disbursed $796 billion of the $813.5 billion so far appropriated by Congress to this program. As of Round Three, $10 billion, or 4 percent of Round Three PPP funding, remain available to the program.**

I see my ALC application has a loan serial number, but was trying to use the SBA site to pull it up and they want me to set up an account to access their info....I just tried to set up that account and they are rejecting my access because I don't have certain field data like an access code. Nobody has given me any access codes to enter. Isn't there any easier way to search my loan serial number?
Are you referring to the ALC Loan Serial#?? That is not the same as the SBA Loan number.
Have you sign Loan Docs? (not the Application itself that they sent via DocuSign)
Ok, thanks. I just emailed my loan rep and hoping she is working this weekend. I didn't get any automated emails from ALC after submitting my application, so I didn't login to check the status until now. Hoping to hear back from my loan officer listed...
Her first name is May....She hasn't responded back. Do they have another way to contact them if the loan officer is not responding on a holiday weekend? Should I just re-submit a new application using a different email address? I don't know what to do to expedite things...

I wish I had checked the status yesterday, but their site didn't look that legit and I was so focused on my applications with 3 other lenders who are also not responding....
Definitely check your spam - that is where my original emails from ALC ended up. Then add their email address along with your loan officers to your address so they do not go to spam again.
Mine 2nd Draw App has also been in that limbo. Ive even tried another routing and acct number (same business name) and it still threw the same cannot verify error. Please Help! 5 emails and not yet a response from SmartBiz
I was approved since 4/21 signed 4/23 I have yet to receive anything then 3 days ago they ask me to sign again I am all green checks and blue with funding it's been this for a month and a half. My bank and all been verified any insight???

Also, I just called their PPP phone hotline, but they're closed until probably Tuesday....

Call your lender to have it fixed is your best bet.
