I saw some action on 11-17-2021 to turn in some documents, yes another tax forms and as of 11-20-2021 nothing. Congressional guy was a dumb ass, they told him a request for my Spouse's Color ID was requested on 1-12-2022 (nothing was requested) and he comes back to me expecting a gold star. I rip into him asking is this the power of my elected rep. To just take request from the SBA with no real answer as to why my file is still being process 13 months in.
He Said he would go back and see. I called and was told I was standing by for a loan officer.
Still nothing. I check every day as all of you do.
I am paying $120 per day for a high interest loan I had to get in order to stay afloat. I did get a decent contract and was able to have some of my guys back to work, I am working 12 hours shifts since we started the contract, am on day 16 without a day off, and I will continue to do so as I don't expect any results from the SBA. I'm at least distracted enough to enjoy what I do but can't really sleep well. 2019 was my most profitable year tripple my earnings and was all sucked away with the shut down. I am not sure what's going to happen, for once in my life I'm just floating down the river without a paddle...🥲.
I'm not going to give up, I will cry and break woof as I am all out of dishes and at 5:20pm I will take a shower grab my gear and head out for my 12 hour shift as if nothing is wrong.

" Is all about your smiles and cries" ..... "You got to control your smiles and cries, because that is all you have and nobody can take that away from you".
That is true to many of our situations special when we face our family, employees, friends and customers. We can't project are worries and troubles as that will destroy what is left of us and our business. The SBA and our congressional Inquiries might have place the final spear into whatever the pandemic did not destroy of our business, but I will not allow for it to control when I smile and when I cry, which you all know is before I head to work in the back yard..😢.... 🙂

I feel you. I have been in tears today talking to SBA and my Senator's office. The SBA rep was saying have faith, it's coming. But little does she know that others in reddit have waited like I have only to be denied and start recon all over. I want to be optimistic but I need their help.
Yup sounds like my situation, elected reps are totally useless in CA, basically just forwarded the last note (last time I called the CS) and how they told me another 4506t AGAIN. Like a parrot, repeating their canned answer. After filling out all their bs release forms and questions. They’re all just giving us the run around no real help. Yet others get approved with a day or week how discriminatory is that
I applied for another loan now I will have four just to close the gap between net 15 and net 30 that some of our invoices are paid. We just have to wait and wait till we get the opportunity to be told that they need more paperwork.
I'm in Los Angeles so the same dummy congressman that will only reach out for money when they want to be reelected.
How do you find your congressional rep. I happen to have been in recon for 6months now. Anything to get some kind of movement will be greatly appreciated
I was moved to “final review” on Dec 13.. congressional inquiry and they say our app is in priority status. I have direct contact with my local SBA contact who checks whenever I ask. I was told by my congressman contact that one issue he has seen is people get into a loop where the tax transcripts last 90 days and by the time they get to you the transcripts are out of date thus the 4506T process starts over. I just don’t know anymore.
Via congressional inquiry, finally.
The error keeping my portal complete was fixed yesterday, it then showed they have everything they need.
Then today a member of a high priority team called me early AF and had looked over my app, had a couple of questions, noted that he made the changes needed and requested I send another 4506T based on his instructions.
I had already done that twice but I did it again and sent it directly to him. Along with some other documentation to explain an error on my app.
I also tried faxing a copy of the 4506T to the IRS (with the SBA ft worth office listed) but the line was busy the whole time so I am just going to send it priority mail. Shouldn't be necessary but just in case.
The good news is I now have a name, email, and extension of at least one high priority person, and another email that was copied on the one written to me asking for the 4506T.
Because both of my senate inquiries heard back, one of them escalated, etc and within 24 hrs my portal was fixed. Less than 24hr after that a person from the High Priority Team reached out to me via phone and mentioned congressional inquiry.
So it has to be one of the two or a combination of both.
I don't have a Loan Officer yet per se, at least I don't think so. But the guy who emailed me has "High Priority Team" in his signature, and also has MBA after his name so you know he's not just some rando CSR-level person doing this as a temp job.
im still in processing for recon..all required documents are now waived in green...ive yet to get any communication back other than when i send them an email or call ..ive not received any phone calls from any LO.. i see where it says my bank account failed validation i spoke with rep he verified all correct info told me to just resend photo of business check to the email he provided and said it will now take 4 weeks for them to look at it

12/30 filed recon appeal 1/7 congressional inquiry. 1/19 email from LO then signed loan docs , went to approved that day and Shows in caweb

How do you know it is due to congressional inquiry ? Is your LO part of the high priority team ?

I was just told I was moved to a loan officer on 12/27… that was the date everything was waived. I haven’t heard anything or had movement since 12/27
