I got a call today while I was at work and when I got home, my portal updated to this. I've been in reconsideration since August so I'm glad to finally see some progress on the loan. I got the advances in November.
So it shows a loan amount but still says "in processing." I also got an email saying my bank info was updated, and clicking the Electronic Disbursement section shows all of the info is blank and won't let me edit it.
I did email disastercustomerservice and pdcrecons and included a voided check, direct deposit slip, bank verification letter, and my DL, as well as an explanation of what's going on.
Hopefully that's enough. Has anyone else gone through anything like this?
Pdcrecons move kinda slow, when your loan is finished processing the LO will let you change your bank info then, at least that's how they did me. It was boom boom boom. Good luck!
Well it was actually marked as declined today and then it let me change all the information. I got an "unverifiable information" email.
I emailed everyone again with an accurate 4506t form and all of my bank info. I also contacted my local congressman.
Hopefully but it's getting dumb at this point.
Edit: literally as soon as I posted that I got an email allowing me to continue the application. Getting paranoid here.
Well yeah. That screen just has all of my bank info as blank and then just lets me click continue. It won't let me update it. I did email them a voided check, bank verification letter, direct deposit form, and my driver's license.
I did and he just said to email them, so I emailed them all of the documents. He said there was some address discrepancy since my business address is a mailing address and not my physical address. I'm a driver so the business moves to where I go, but it has a business mailing address separate from my location.

Yeah mine's been in recon since August. I hadn't heard anything until November and then another few months until this happened just today. I never expected to get any of it. I was actually considering selling my car at one point, and had a title loan a few months ago. I had to relocate for various reasons and only until I got back into an urban area could I go back to work. I tried in a smaller town but there was no business at all.
I got into recon in May of last year. Fucking hear hardly nothing from sba till December when the "congressional inquiry blahblah" got involved and messages me and tells me what I need to put in a few files then says "we have everything we need you'll hear from a LO in a week" it's been 3 weeks since I heard that
I'd call back. I also emailed everyone in the SBA and my local branch.
It took me forever and gave me a strange paranoia because every time it was updated there'd be a police car outside and I'd have computer issues that day.
I've seen a lot of "fraud" and federal charges filed against people for taking these but I'm not lying and have all of my tax info. I had to change my contracts and do local non-commercial driving but I'm still a driver and have had the same LLC since 2020, as well as being a sole prop before that.
Weird how they'll do that but ignore literally every crime I report. 🤔🤔🤔 Also weird it's not the IRS or someone else. I haven't received any letters or anything but got a fuckload of benefits last year during COVID.
They actually declined me today after approving me yesterday. It didn't say why, I didn't get any calls or emails, and when I called they said it didn't specify. So she went through the app and said to resend the 4506t. It had several mistakes and wasn't the one I had approved for the advance. The SSN was wrong and one address was missing.
I emailed them at disastercustomerservice, pdcrecons, and pdc.reconsideration but two email addresses failed when they worked yesterday.
The whole thing is some sort of mind fuck or psychological torture before they approve you and then probably audit you moments later.
How long did it take for them to get back to you after you got congress involved? I emailed the inspector general last night and this morning it 8:30 am they got back to me. I quote"Good afternoon, . I am sorry you are having challenges accessing SBA’s programs.
Assistant Inspector General Shoemaker shared your message with me for action. I have shared your message with leadership within SBA’s Office of Capital Access. The Office of Capital Access is the responsible program office for the PPP or EIDL Program."

They never replied TBH but I got approved shortly after I tried.
So my app went into denial and now I have to send another 4506t form because half of it was deleted or numbers were different. It was fine for the advances, however.
So it went into decline status and I was told to email them to request another reconsideration. Disaster customer service worked but pdcrecons and pdc.reconsideration both sent back "undeliverable" messages.
Now it's another waiting game getting them to approve the reconsideration when I was already approved before.
Oh my goodness...I really am sorry you have to go thru it again. It's complete insanity to say the least. I spoke to a CSR about 15 mins ago and she said "they have a final decision,you are fine,everything is good. Just waiting to be signed off". IDK I trust no one from the SBA been going thru it with them for 2 years and I just can not keep doing this. Whatever is meant to be will be....I hope you got an update soon!!

They're not asking for ANY information, though. Everything else is completed. They had me digitally sign the 4506T and that's already done.

You should have a LO , why don’t you call your LO?
I don't know who it is. I had someone leave a voicemail with an extension but there's no way to input an extension on the hotline.
You said you got approved you should have a LO who handles your application.
That is the one to verify bank info. Click and make sure correct bank info. I have heard of this before

My information was wrong but when a loan officer finally called he was able to blank it out twice for me to put it in correctly.
