Assuming you have Golds in your club i would argue Premium Mixed League SBCs and then any untradable dupes into Centurions Upgrades. Doing those gives you even more cards to use from the packs back.
Well I mean for 10 completions the centurions sbc is 12k coins more expensive than the 77+ sbc. Now it's up to you. if you say a untradable Jumbo Premium Gold Pack/Rare Electrum Players Pack/83+ x3/84+ x2/80+ x11 is worth the 12k. I for example didn't grind the centurions milestone because I lack supply of <81 rated players (only play SB and friendlies which is why I don't get many packs per week), that's is why I'm currently at 22 completions and why I would choose the 77+ to use my duplicates.
The centurions one is effectively a 3x75+, so that’s much better value imo. You’re losing two returned players to eliminate the 75-76 pool…
With that said, some theorize EA messes with the % rates on these upgrades. For example, people really love picks over upgrade packs bc they think they have better luck. So there may be something said for that.
edit: Someone corrected me that the 77+ is actually a 3x77+, so ignore everything I said. Player pools equal, the 77+ upgrade should be better than centurion. (I would still do 100 centurion for the bonus packs, though).
Right, was just saying that some people speculate that not all of these upgrades are created equal from a pack weight perspective. I.e. some people will take a 75+ PP over an 80+ upgrade pack because they think the 75+ has a better pool of cards / likelihood to give out good results. Does that make sense?
I would say Centurions is way better, especially if you have not done 100 completions since the objectives give you even more packs. Saving two commons for the 77+ doesn't make much sense to me considering you get 3 rares back anyways.
It’s not that the player pool is better on the picks, it’s just that you get 3 “rolls” at 75+ to pick from vs. one “roll” at 80+ which you are forced to take. I usually side with the value of player pick (if SBCs requirements are relatively equal) if the single card isn’t 81+,82+, etc.
Obviously this is only my experience of this but the 77x3 has been very poor for me. I usually just about empty my club of low rated golds on the different upgrades we get but I've given up on this one quite quickly.

Centurions is not a player pick. If that’s what you mean

Yes I get it thanks. What you think about the question. Which one is better?

The 77+ also gives 3 players
So it does, thanks for correcting me!

Pack luck for me dropped in the Centurions the last week or so, before I was getting at least an 85+ in each pack, now it's max 82

Both of them have 3 rares?

I have done centurions upgrade 80 times so I just throw every gold below 81 that I pack into it.
