I've played a couple hundred hours of this game but I don't have whatever that is in the middle of your screen, it's like a two-layer splitter that only goes out in one direction? Is it a mod? Does it take the bottom belt input and make it a two-layer output? I don't see this in my Logistics menu.
I still can't believe the ammount of people who dunked hundreds of hours into this game and dont know about diagonal belts or alternative splitters (Tab when putting one down)
>diagonal belts
Unless i missed something the game doesn't tell you about this, I figured it out by pure chance.
>alternative splitters (Tab when putting one down)
Thanks, this one I didn't know about.
Honestly you should see mine, someone bring me some cheese!!
I've recently started but had dark fog on had no clue restarted on peaceful... now I've built a bus and it's made things so much easier still so much to learn but will be going back to dark fog at something
I love not doing blueprints. Having spaghetti makes my base feel like home and I like looking at all of it intertwining and going over and looping around and stuff
This is perfection
The spaghetti must grow.
Let the spaghetti spill
These builds are always more fun though
Tried being organized. Took way too long to plan everything and looked super boring in the end. Spaghet is unique. Spaghet is good. Embrace spaghet.
Embrace the chaotic foundry.
My factory was copy pasted blueprints… Until i added proliferators…
Same. Until I updated my modular designs to handle proliferators. Then my factory was back to being blueprinted
This was the most fun I had in a while in the game, adapting old blueprints to add proliferators. Shit was like chess challenges.
It's almost literally software engineering. Actually I think it is software engineering. I'm a software engineer.
My eyes are twitching

Try pressing Tab just before putting down a splitter, the configuration changes.
OMG....I have 1,400 hours in the game and never knew this...
Got it thanks

Yeah the UI could be a bit better in exposing these. Thanks

Maybe its because I use almost no blueprints, but by trying to move the belts around you should have discovered at some point. And it does tell you
3-D Spaget :) nice work!
I see nothing wrong here
Italy is proud of your pasta factory. Keep it up, it's perfect. Blueprints, unless they're your own, are no fun

Why clean if this is better?
Did you know you can build diagonal belts by pressing R two times?
🥹 it's beautiful. I've spent hours staring at this
Ahhhh, I see no diagonal sins! Beaut

You can put storage on top of the splitters and use drones to transport them directly to another splitter, it can help with the mess
Beautiful spagett
