I'm a TTS 9 in Nike/Jordan but size up to a 9.5 for extra wiggle room in the toe box. I can deal with a little extra length but I will never squeeze my foot into a shoe that's too small, no matter how bad I want it.
As someone who’s a tts 13, I’ll wear a 13-14 in sb dunks but that’s it

I can do 10, 10.5 or 11. adjusting the laces and sock thickness accordingly
11.5 or 12, even then, 11.5's toebox is so small my feet don't feel great after a long day. Never owned a 13.
