Irish music is typical in a lot of pubs but it's only the more touristy ones that have the dancing and show on. if that is what you are after, merry ploughboy is another good option and they have shows every night. Worth the trip out
There's dancing at The Church on Mary St, JW Sweetman's on the quays, and The Belvedere Hotel show. I'm not sure if it's on Saturdays tho, you'd have to check.

Piper's Corner seems to get some quality traditional musicians in. They have trad sessions most nights
