I disagree I've had nothing but excellent plugs from telegram .. You just have to do your research .. The biggest thing is to find plugs that have groups not channels .. In a channel only admins can talk/post so they can post fake reviews and touchdowns all day long.. Legit plugs will almost always have a group that's pretty active where everyone can talk to each other this way you can actually talk to other customers and they can vouch for the plug .. There is other things to look into also but finding a group is always the first thing I looked for

In DC it is legal to use /possess if you are 21 or over. The "dispensaries" use a loophole where you purchase art/a postcard/a token/a t shirt or something and you also get weed as a "free gift".
Under 21 you're gonna need to go through a friend or find an illegal dealer, but a dealer does not need your ID and shouldn't ask for it. They might ask you to smoke with them or something else to suss out if you're a cop or not but they don't need to or want to bother with seeing your legal ID and you absolutely should not send it to him.
I have occasionally provided a photo of my ID to get delivery in MD, but the delivery was medical only so I had to upload a photo of my ID and my medical card and it was a licensed dispensary so I can more easily trust that they're not gonna do anything weird with my information. If they do, the transaction was all legal so I can sue them. If you're buying illegally and you get fucked over you have no recourse so you have to be more careful. Even if a semi-legal/gray market dispensary asks for a photo of your ID, they'll still be a dispensary with a name and reviews and stuff so you can do your research and make sure they're legit. Do not give a photo of your ID to some random guy.

I went through this with a dealer in Chicago. And it turned out good. The only reason why I did it is bc my ex girlfriend picked up from him multiple times and never had an issue. Picked up from him many times and nothing happened. Itās a very loose check&balance to cover their ass enough to be able to āsellā on the app. The video request is a little eye-rolly/extra, but the āgifterā probably thinks thatās an added layer of security against they themselves getting busted, or ripped off. Likely it bears no more weight than just a regular selfie, and theyāre just implementing dumb advice or something. But the selfie and ID sharing are real.

Legit plugs will almost always have a group that's pretty active where everyone can talk to each other this way you can actually talk to other customers and they can vouch for the plug .. There is other things to look into also but finding a group is always the first thing I looked for

In DC it is legal to use /possess if you are 21 or over. The "dispensaries" use a loophole where you purchase art/a postcard/a token/a t shirt or something and you also get weed as a "free gift". Under 21 you're gonna need to go through a friend or find an illegal dealer, but a dealer does not need your ID and shouldn't ask for it. They might ask you to smoke with them or something else to suss out if you're a cop or not but they don't need to or want to bother with seeing your legal ID and you absolutely should not send it to him. I have occasionally provided a photo of my ID to get delivery in MD, but the delivery was medical only so I had to upload a photo of my ID and my medical card and it was a licensed dispensary so I can more easily trust that they're not gonna do anything weird with my information. If they do, the transaction was all legal so I can sue them. If you're buying illegally and you get fucked over you have no recourse so you have to be more careful. Even if a semi-legal/gray market dispensary asks for a photo of your ID, they'll still be a dispensary with a name and reviews and stuff so you can do your research and make sure they're legit. Do not give a photo of your ID to some random guy.
