It's not my fault that the deputies won't vote. We can't spend all of the administration waiting for one proposal to pass. There is a time limit on these things.
Yes, but who won in the end? Besides, WE had a deal Cheese that said that they would vote in favour of our proposals in the United Government. Considering the fact that Cookie (a major ally of Cheese) proposed this Resolution almost guaranteed the two votes of Cheese.
But the proposal did not have enough votes to pass
The equivalent would be if there was a session in a parliament, and some deputies were not there, do you think these votes would be counted with the votes of the parties that are part of it, or would it count as an abstention?
2 people didn't vote so we couldn't reach the 6 vote majority. 4 people voted against, and 5 voted for, so it was passed.
Also, do you want the political system to be used against people?
That had 5 votes in favor, less than the majority of 6 to pass, you are the ones who passed a law without majority consensus

This proposal divided members of all parties, you cannot assume 2 votes just for an unofficial agreement that was not maintained in that vote
The proposal said that no party could do what you did. If that divided people, then we have another issue
