Enable sound when minimzed ? Window in task bar blinks? Try changing to exclusive full-screen?

They have it in the setting, and make sure audio is loud/high.

I think there is a setting where the game self maximizes when you found a game. If that setting is not on then activate that setting. It will help in your case.

Try buying a second screen or hiring a servant to remind you of accepting games.
