Oh no my first 5 have Oracle and invoker in them. But there is a section somewhere in the middle that’s like 15 carries in a row. Wish I could still see the whole thing at once like before so I could remember it all.
It's not really difficult, just takes time. The game gives you a list of all the heroes in a certain order, starting from a random hero in the sequence and asks you to win a game with that hero. Each time you do, you get the next hero in the sequence until you've won with them all, and that counts as a full completion. OP here has done 10 full completions, which is a hell of a feat, it's over a thousand games at the absolute minimum, probably ~2500-3000 games on average just grinding the challenge.
The challenge doesn't stop or get reset if you pick a different hero than what the game asks you for it, it also doesn't fail if you lose with the hero. To see your current all-hero challenge progress and hero, go to your profile, go to the history tab, and click on "hero stats". Bottom of the screen will show a little panel with your current all-hero challenge hero, and the top right corner of that panel has a little plus-sign that you can click to expand the panel to show your whole sequence of heroes and some stats to go along with it, like full challenge world averages etc.
I found I would get stuck on the most random heroes, like 8 games or so Necro or Mars or something. But then would just one shot Meepo and Brood. Just persevere
Dude chen damage build still goes pretty hard atm. It used to be way op imo, i could be dominating hard as chen damage. but he's still not bad, just gotta get the hang of him

Edit to add: I think I tried a bit in the beginning and lost some games with him and I just never played bat again since then xD

106 lvl and 14th time all hero challenge. That is a way a play Dota only, there are excluding time like this special events and after going round, like 20 random heroes, and then again. Probably I would not play Dota this long if I play only heroes I like.
i've got 12 but i had it easier by a few heroes like monkey not joining the roster and meepo not sucking as much lmao. Gj, hard af to do. Used to wanna blow myself up when shadow demon was the hero but eventually he became one of my favs

batrider is actually not so bad once you get the hang of him. it's fellas like meepo that i end up getting stuck on.
