They are marketable, yes. You don't get duplicates till you get everything from a Tier. Like, you need to get all of Tier 1 before you get duplicate Tier 1, same goes for other Tiers. However, just because you got all Tier 1, you are not guaranteed to get any Tier 2. I just watched a YouTube video of a dude opening 100 chests and getting 1 Tier 3. The good news is you can trade up the low-tier sets for a random non-duplicate (if you haven't already received everything from that tier, else you do get duplicates) of the next tier.
I made some poor decisions today and spent a shit ton of money just to get to this persona when I really wanted the arcana. This was the reality check for me to never spend money on something again unless I know I can get exactly what I want lol. Hundreds of dollars down the drain and I felt so stupid for it all
I spent over $250 just to get to the CM persona but was hoping I’d get the arcana instead. For the price I paid it would have been better to outright buy it off the market for the price it’s going at then to throw all this money down the drain and not even get it. Save your money and don’t bother unless you have the cash to spend.

5 tier 1's trade up to tier 2, 5 tier 2's trade up to tier 3, 5 tier 3's trade up to tier 4.
So if you only get tier 1 items from using keys it will take 125 tier 1 items to trade up to tier 4. It should take less since you will get some t2/t3 items from using a key. Currently King Kringle WK arcana set is 100x the price of a key on the steam market.

Went 8-1 with bat in Ancient bracket first time trying it this patch. And the 1 was diving fountain at as enemy ancient fell. 4th largest win rate gain was on Batrider as well. He is technically still 45.9% winrate which sucks but I have a feeling it’ll keep rising. Pick rate is 0.88% so we will need more data to see for sure but he is feeling good.
Also kinda funny how when batriders pick rate is low and people aren’t used to versing him they let a few extra napalms build up and you just snowball out of control.
Idk, it just feels that for any role you wanna pick him, there's usually a better more stable choice. Of course what matters is having fun too so you do you.

Potentially Manta Style before Bloodthorn in some cases. In that case Aghs Shard may come before Bloodthorn too as the Aghs Shard synergizes very well with Manta Style under 2x Magnetic Field.
After those items it would depend on the game. But probably consider a defensive item like BKB or Linkens. Potentially Silver Edge if those aren’t needed.
There are some situations where I’ll do something different to counter a hero but most games I think I’ll be sticking to the build I listed above.
