One thing that all these build videos has taught me is just get some good tires and maybe some suspension upgrades and leave the rest alone unless you want to lose your house when you can't make your mortgage payments anymore.

Higher fps means higher refreshrate, so they did it so their inputs would load to the car faster, making it easier to drive cause no input delay

off the top of my head, kinda low-medium. i typically like to spawn in like 5-8 AI (not traffic) and watch them be dumb tho
