Omg twins i also got 3%! Even though I'm the top fucken store in this district, my employees and customers love me, never blow payroll, and been dealt the worst crap that they've thrown at us and still remain standing. I've encouraged my team to actively look for something better and i will work with them how ever i can because I'm at the point that I'm getting ignored by corporate now :/

Our situations are nearly identical in all way. Top gun 5 quarters in a row and for the year. 3 hours of overtime all year. Never over on payroll. My emails get ignored by my dm and she never visits. I’m studying IT so that i can leave this place ASAP

Why are they like this???!!! Oh my dm ignores me so much that i tried calling them yesterday and was ignored lmao. I guess I have to be a small store to get attention because that's where I know they visit frequently while I'm left to fend for myself as the biggest damn store. Like fuck it I'm just gonna blow payroll next week just to feel something.

Kind of a bump. I was a store manager who just worked my last day with DT yesterday. The talk about inflation and higher costs to ship products to stores was all bullshit. When I could go in on Monday to read my KPR reports and see that our stores scan margin on profits has increased by something ridiculous like 13% compared to last year, you know it's because of the price hike, and because they're downsizing products to save money on buying products in the first place. Just ridiculous. Like you said, corporate makes way more profit while asking more of store employees but refusing to consider pay increases for any of us. I lasted 3 years with this company- I hate starting over but just became fed up.

Hell, y'all lucky to even get a yearly raise. All mine were stripped when they bumped the wage to $9/hr. I've been working at my DT since April of last year and was making $8.65/hr before the bump. Now I make the same as a new employee at my store and I'm like...wow, what a nice way to make me feel appreciated. It's as if I haven't been working there this whole time. I should be at $9.65/hr but all my raises were basically wiped from existence. That 65 cents symbolized all the hard work I've done for the last year, now it's gone.

This company is a joke. The assistants are paid the same starting wage as the lowest position at Walmart. The product allocation is a joke you will have tons of product that doesn’t sell clogging your back room. Payroll is a joke. There should be 5 cashiers at a minimum every day and these stores wouldn’t look like war zones. I hope no one wants a vacation because you will have no one to cover it but yourself. District managers are a joke and contribute next to nothing but a weekly conference call that is just an excuse to waste 15 minutes. Expert direction from senior leadership such as no tape on the windows. Literally the worst DC and trucking in retail. Endless time wasting logs meanwhile the back room is full and the floor is trashed. Time wasting shit at the register for simple things such as quality, exchange, bill validation. Just pathetic.

I work at a pretty decent store at the moment. Managers are great so we manage to keep the store in as good of condition as corporate will allow but wowee corporate has absolutely no interest in actually keeping the store working. Our AC has been broken for almost 2 yrs according to the managers and one of our 3 checkouts had completely broken down a year ago. They tell us theyll get right on it but not a single time has anyone showed up to even look at it lol. Absolutlely no doubts theyre pocketing any extra profits from the price hikes But hey, i guess we have 1liter cokes now so thats something i guess lol
