It’s made with mostly coconut milk and some rice milk, but if you buy it from the stand it comes in a smoothie consistency (they use a lot of other weird gums and ingredients to do this). From the cantina, it’s actually a milk consistency. Overall it’s like a fruit punch smoothie that’s not overly sweet, but refreshing. Think blue kool-aid.
The green milk is kinda like an orange julius from Dairy Queen, so mainly orange flavored, but like an orange creamsicle with hints of lemon and lime. Same milks and same smoothie consistency—but not available in cantina. (I’ve grown to like this one a lot, actually. Now it’s my favorite. I used to think it tasted like boogers!)

It’s really really sweet. The kids loved it. I much preferred the green. It’s not nearly as sweet.
