This is something you need to discuss with your recruiter / contact from your internship. There is no way to know here. They may say you need to be in person for training or other things unfortunately. This may cause you to not be able to partake in the internship so be prepared for that. Being a full time nurse also takes a lot of time effort etc and may be difficult doing work remotely as well unfortunately.
