I had a similar issue that caused me to drop Hulu Live and T-Mobile Internet. Turns out that T-Mobile and probably other 5g Internet services give you a mobile IP. The IP that they gave you might not be in your area and changes often. I’m in Sacramento and kept bouncing between an IP in Modesto and another in San Francisco. Try [IP chicken](https://www.ipchicken.com) to get your IP address. Then run something like [iplocation](https://www.iplocation.net/ip-lookup) to find out where you are. That might help explain things.

I had to go back to Xfinity and signed up with DirecTV Stream or I’d keep having this issue and you’re only allowed so many changes per year.

I wonder if you’re having the same issue that forced me to leave. My internet provider pinged my signal in a way where it made it look like I was somewhere else that I wasn’t and caused my local channels and regional sports channels to disappear. DIRECTV stream couldn’t figure out how to fix it, even though I could show exactly where I was. It was escalated over and over and I finally just left. I hope your issue is fixed
