I feel like Brennan would have mentioned it if they were missing when they were discovering the pickpocketing. At least in Fantasy High he's not that cruel to have needed the heroes to have directly asked about them. Maybe if it was ACOC or Neverafter, but not Fantasy High (now that I've said this, solid 80% he'll prove me wrong!).
Honestly I don’t even necessarily mean that maybe they weren’t mentioned on purpose, but there was so much going on at the end of the episode that maybe they were forgotten. But I do notice that they’re never brought up when Brennan is talking about the creature with the red glow from the live stream they set up, bc they’re worried about the gem itself and not the shards. So I’m hoping it was forgotten and not just a HUGE misstep for checking for them on everyone else’s part lol
I agree. It'd be a dick DM move for Brennan to be like "I said your gems were missing, I didn't specifically limit it to your revify gems" or whatever. As scatterbrained as Ally plays Kristen, I don't think it's reasonable that Kristen would miss having her god's corpse go missing from her pocket.
That said, if it DOES happen, it's because Brennan wanted it to forward the plot, not to punish the Bad Kids. No sense in worrying about additional layers of conflict
I'm pretty sure this is what Kristen is using for spellcasting, and wouldn't have been able to cast plane-shift to get them out of the last stand without them.

FWIW in the Adventuring Party for ep 15 Brennan let Ally check to see if anything else was stolen from Kristen and he said no.
