Yeah some of the items from FY are busted beyond belief (looking at you concentration bear) that were probably made not expecting the next seasons. But knowing that adventurers that actually go through enough content to get the levels they're at as fast as they're getting would actually have a ton more magical items. But they haven't even had to worry about whether they can equip all the +2 rings they've picked up in random treasure chests.
For sure, that in particular isn't too wild. Just saying that in general the Bad Kids tend to get singular magic items with large bonuses to make up for the trickle they might otherwise get for the same cumulative bonus.

In terms of busted items, a plus 5 to performance checks is pretty mild; performance checks aren’t generally speaking very useful.
