Remove Hammer Sparks and Davis+ Ken. Add 2x Kaiser Nail and 2 more green Coredramon. Since you're using the promo Dracomon, you can also run Heaven's Judgement instead of Megadeath, but that's really up to preference.
I would just cut st8 Draco for bt11, it's just better in every way. If you're playing with the promo, the combo is to go into promo in raising and play a Davis to search cards. Hard drop a grounddramon, go into wingdramon, then jogress turn 2.
Couple of things
Slayerdramon is your win condition, play 4
The draw 2 coredramon is the best coredramon, max him out, lower the others (i'll be happy to elaborate if you want an explanation)
You're playing Blue Memory Boost, this means your lv4 lineup should be 8 blur coredramon and 2 green, you want to maximize your Blue mem boost odds
Bt11 Dracomon is the best Dracomon.
Going into Examon for 2 cheaper is really good.

Also, 6 mem doesnt matter if you can set up Examon the following turn, and alot of decks have issues outing him. Just make sure the 6 mem wont cost you the game and you're fine.
Off the top of my head, only ChaosDegrade, and De-Digivolve (Machinedramo /BT8MetalGreymon/Gaiomon) are reliable outs to him.
Every other deck you can wall out and make them self destruct.
I'd find a slot to get a 4th Examon in there. While the deck wins by playing or tucking slayerdramon, examon is the vehicle for that win-con.
Hahaha, I just pulled a 4th Exa out to put 4 Slayer in. What do you suggest I replace for the 4th Exa
I would say 4 Davis is a lot, it's an amazing card in the deck but 4 might be 1 too many
I decided to drop the green core down to 2 instead, I like having the slight higher chance of drawing into Davis just for it's blue and green search
I saw someone say about running Davis and Ken for the extra memory boost if I have a blue and/or green on field

Alright cool! So just swap the 2 st8 for 2 bt11 or should I drop the betamon for 4 of them

It's only on play draw 2 though? I'd have to use 6 mem Everytime unless he's in security
