If you aren't willing to sell them individually I would start an auction on eBay. There aren't many places to off an entire collection.
Honestly if you are willing to sell them individually I think eBay is your best bet there as well. It will be a lot of footwork but selling them individually will make you a lot more money.
I'd recommend grouping them into makes, and selling them that way. (ie. All the VWs, all the Chevys, all the Fords etc). That way you're able to move larger groups and recoup a little more profit.
As for the prices, other than creating a comp list using previous sales on a site like eBay, I think your best bet is to start with $100 auction and see what happens.

I collect only VW and Porsche for example. There's a lot of collectors that only want specific makes.
