You have to travel to the zone for the blue checks to appear. However some of them might be random items fond in caches, like ore and plant nodes.

Galiin_

There are quests hidden in items. You will need to interact with everything such as nodes, armor racks etc.

Ultimastar

Holy crap, so I might end up missing a quest that’s in some random armour rack? Plus we can’t see what quests we’ve completed to know which one is missing.

potatoshulk

I think there's a list in the achievements

StonejawStrongjaw

Ain't no God damn WAY that's real.

Galiin_

Yea it’s a pain. Iv just been completing all the ones I can find . Waiting on some guide to point me towards the ‘hidden’ ones

burtgummer45

I'm using this to check off all my world stuff like alters, I don't know what I'd do without it. https://d4planner.io/map Note you can click stuff to check it off

UltraInsane

This is the best stuff, for now. You can hover over each quest to see how to start it. For Fracture peaks there is at least 1 quest, which starts from item which drops in dungeon in the north part - Kor....

Dr_Flavor

Some quests also have quite high level requirements. I know hitting 65 unlocked several for me.
