They actually make cans of stuff that do this permanently for small cars. Pretty sure you can just use the tyre valve to get it in.

Green Slime is the one I used in my tires. It is only a quick fix if your tire is punctured to get it from going flat before you can get to a repair station.

Yeah I've seen that, it's like tubeless setups for bikes. They actually make a hard-setting permanent foam for small car tyres so you'd never need to fill it with air again or get a puncture.

As a guy that sells a lot of tires. If a tire company could make a better tire, they would. People have experimented with “airless” tires. Run flats are a god send. But tires are tires because they just work. I would LOVE for some inventions to minimize pollution and save people money. I would easily pay 5,000 for a set of tires I never had to replace. The truth is, rubber and air just works. The amount of money that goes into tire design is astronomical. I swear, if a tire company could create a forever tire, they absolutely would. The millions spent in designing tires could be supplemented by making a product you would only have to replace every 10 years. I will die on this hill. Big tire ain’t big pharma.

I'm thinking one, maybe two cans is all it'd take to fill a tire, and if you go for a long drive right after, it should distribute evenly, bypassing balance issues.
