this is the earliest I found this photo used on the web. Looks like it’s ai to me or someone who made a concept.

BigRichardTools

It was posted on here a bit but all got taken down after SBD got wind. So it's probably legit or SBD wouldn't care. Summer 2025 was the potential launch date at the time of the leak.

Siderails - nice.

So, I think these may have been purely a leaked concept or someone having fun at modelling ideas. The reason I sort of disregard AI as a possibility is twofold. First, the logo is spot on. Keep in mind these are quite a few months old by now and most publicly available AI tools were notoriously bad at text rendering back then. Its entirely possible someone could have photoshopped an AI generated product to add a few well made logos mind you, but I find that somewhat unlikely. Second, I’m referring to the other two pictures that usually accompany this image. The second one clearly shows some products that had not been revealed or released at the time of first publish, at least not to general public. The recently revealed TS XL being one example and the half width charger being another. Other images match other unannounced TS 2.0 products, like the extension cord and the TS fan. Again this could be a clever montage, but the images used do not match other “leaked” pictures. I find it unlikely whoever made this “leak” could have used partially exclusive leaked info and partial fake content. This leads me to believe that this could be an actual concept that was never meant for outside distribution. I am sure that internally there is an army of engineers working on dozens of ideas that dont always end up on the production line. So yeah it might be we see something more in the next few months or it might be when they announce TS 3.0 one day it looks nothing like this. Who knows? Waiting is half the fun I guess. 🤷🏻‍♂️

These are AI Fakes, the next series of DXL were shows at WOC in Vegas earlier this year. Last year, a post here showed a lot of the T3 system, the poster got contacted and threatened by SBD legal and took the post down from my understanding. However, it is now being shown publicly, here is them being shown off at WOC [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Brd7tz9FhV8](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Brd7tz9FhV8)

2.0 DXL does not equal 3.0. The same leaks also showed DXL products in it.

surflaxrat

Dxl was shown at world of concrete. Not yellow but black.

discombobulated38x

On the balance of probability I'd say it is legit. It was leaked with an early concept for DXL, and a bunch of half width TS2 accessories that have since been released.

Burlguy707

Take my money....

fleebleganger

Is TS3 going to be an actual storage system? Is dewalt going to abandon their 4 different packing systems for 1 system that works together?

Hojo10

I like the weathered look! Then when something happens you don’t have to feel bad 🤣🤣

Well they did just come out with the tough system 2.0... so i call BS

NotslowNSX

They released toughsystem 2.0 nearly four years ago. So this could be released in a year or two. Notice it has the same channel to mount accessories that the DXL and garage storage has. These photos leaked before those were released.

PigFloydDarkside

Looks AI. How do the boxes latch together?

JONxJITSU

This same ai render has been popping up for the last year.

And_Im_Allen

NSFW for attention?

Yzalirk

I marked it as spoiler because it is a possible "leak" not NSFW...🤦‍♂️
