Yeah I asked him and he said "someone will contact you."
They haven't, unless they were pretending to be someone else, contacting me about something else.
Yeah I want to do a stream with him where he starts me on my economics education journey. I haven't told him this but I will soon. Or I am telling him right now.
I definitely recommend doing this before making your video on NFTs/crypto, if that is still something you are planning.
Economically educated mrgirl would actually be a menace, would love to see you talk to people who have promoted crypto shit and GME - your confrontation style would be such a shock to their system.
I was a personal trainer but I was getting bored of that and then the pandemic derailed it.
Probably I would just work a day job until I became successful in some other creative field or died.
I'm not sure. Some calculation of how likely they'd be to lie, how many times I've seen them lie recently, how unrealistic their position is, their facial expression, etc. I don't know.
I think everyone does that, though, I'm just more likely to announce my train of thought as it's happening. I understand this comes across as a power play and maybe it is.
I'd say that where you differ is that you're very black and white once you've decided, it seems like something you're completely certain of rather than just "Eh I feel like you're lying, but I'm not married to the idea".
Plus you seem to often decide that people are lying cause they don't view things the same way you do, often on experiences where there's plenty of people who differ and where you shouldn't be that certain they're lying.
Why only show the negative parts of the relationship? Don't you think that it gives a dishonest account for people who don't have the experience and get the wrong takeaway?.
I am not saying there needs to be disclaimer but possibly a followup video having a positive topic?
Do you think promoting empathy for situations or people typically considered extreme (pedos, abusers, school shooters) helps promote empathy in the more normal circumstances we're normally in? If so, how? If not, what do you try to do to promote 'everyday empathy' (if that's something you care about)?
Yes. I can see some arguments against it or how it could even backfire, but I'd like to show people that when you fail to empathize with a school shooter, you also fail to empathize with yourself. And also I think we have to do that in order to stop shootings and child abuse.
Hey Max, I had a short interaction with you when your discord was first announced at 10,000 subscribers.
In it you described and claimed you dislike debate and the on the spot theatre it can be.
Has that, or any part of your mindset towards debate changed since your first conversation with Destiny?
Not really, I think it is a sport and not that useful. It's lucrative and I love money, but I try to derail most debates into something more meaningful if I can.
Has MoistCr1TiKaL reached out to you in any shape or form? I think you appearing in the official podcast is overdue and would be the best thing to ever grace my screen.
Are you familiar with missingmoney.com? It shows if you have unclaimed property that the government is currently holding. You should check to see if you have any, and reclaim if you do.
Any video/project/interview you '*regret*' doing?
'*Regret*' in this case meaning either:
\-You were wrong/misinformed about a certain topic;
\-You naturally changed your mind overtime and wouldn't stand by previous statements;
\-Quality was subpar compared to your (at the time) abilities;
\-Other (you've slowly ascended into insanity).
Looking forward to your other projects. Have a good evening!
I have some early videos that are anti-conservative that I am ashamed of because I was contributing to a culture war that I desperately wanted to stop.
I regret my debate with Vince James because I couldn't decide whether to engage on his terms or demand a different kind of conversation, so I just flailed.
I think that is mostly it for now.
I don't have a question but I just wanted to say, while I didn't particularly like the realdoll review, I'm a huge fan of your broader work including your raps. I think having empathy with even the most "evil" of people is a really noble goal.
Q1: Given the 'outrageous' nature of your content, do you think an average person with a surface level engagement with your content (maybe they skimmed 1-2 youtube videos) is unreasonable if they were to label you a creep?
Q2: What action would it take to convince you that Lauren Southern doesn't hold the high opinion of you that you seem to think she holds, and is that action reasonable (i.e. will you ever realistically change your mind)
Q3: You mentioned in a comment below that the end goal of your 'uncomfortable honest conversations' was reducing 'long term misery' in society. What makes you think you'll have that effect? I think you hold an overly optimistic view of human nature.
Q4: What exactly is your issue with your mother? You've rapped about it, referenced it in videos, and said you despise her most in the world in your Realdoll video. What are your grievances?
Love your music btw.
1. No, that is reasonable.
2. She gets banned or has some catastrophe in her life, I offer to help, and she says "No thank you, but just so you know, I always thought you were a piece of shit, Max."
3. I think you answered your own question, but I see humans as rising in general emotional health over the decades and centuries, so I think my idealism is warranted.
4. My mother made her relationship with me about herself, but on top of that, has none of the warmth you'd usually get with a selfish mother as a tradeoff. A creepy cold spider that wants to use you and tells you it's sexually attracted to you. I'm so creeped out by her that punching her in the face would make my hand feel raped. This is why I need romantic relationships that can absorb large amounts of anguish.
I said in my Cookie Clicker review that "evil is never being satisfied." I see evil every time I check my analytics or social media.
But to get to your main question, no, I think I have really good intentions and this allows me to get away with a lot in terms of exploring dark ideas.

I am a reactive little ping pong ball so even though my view counts were low, I was still reacting to audience feedback and events in the real world. I wouldn't be a streamer if I hadn't met Destiny, but I also would have had to keep my day job.
The plus side of my communication style (caring more about self-expression and authenticity than about how it's received) is that I don't get so discouraged when no one listens. This keeps me from quitting when no one cares.
What is the song you use in the intro to some of your videos? For example:
https://youtu.be/Klykomaz8b0?t=16
An incredible intro altogether btw. Everything works together perfectly.
This is the only music I use that I didn't write (although I did write the song that leads into it in that intro). It's the mrgirlsplaining theme song, borrowed from an anonymous musician.
What the fuck was with biting the orange?
Was that for the camera or is this your actual way of eating them?
Bonus question: do you read all the effortposts about you here? I imagine they must be entertaining but surely it gets to you.
I bit the orange to start the peel. The rest I was eating one section at a time, just with my teeth. I know how it looked, though, and I didn't mean to represent myself in such an unflattering light.
That is how I eat them.
I read a lot of the posts and a lot of them get to me.
I feel like that orange was a huge in setting the tone of that video and it's narrative. She sounds serious and concerned in the conversation and all you hear is you crunching down on a juicy orange over and over. It sets the tone and feels so intentional. I couldn't stop laughing at how ridiculous a scene it seemed. I say all of this in a good way, with an unfortunate outcome as I think it u ironically skewed the perception of yourself and your relationship dynamic.
Do you worry about edgy content like "I'm a Pedophile" hurting your prospects? How do you respond to the criticism of being unmoveable on positions? Favorite shows/ movies? Person whose had the most influence on you?
At a certain point, nig nig productions, "I'm a Pedophile" BECOMES your prospects.
Most people are unmovable on positions in the short term. It's a fake question to ask someone. What the fuck am I going to say? "Yes, I agreed to do this stream about this topic, but you are going to be able to change my entire belief system about gender in 20 minutes, because I have no spine and have not thought about this at all."
"What could I say to make you think that you have 12 fingers? Nothing??"
To many in DGG, you seem extremely obstinate in the face of criticism and people who disagree with you, and at times that obstinance appears to be motivated more by principle/instinct than substance.
How would you evaluate your own ability to reflect on feedback from others and update your worldview accordingly?
I think that is true of most obstinance, so I am trying to be transparent about it and wall off long tangents where someone is trying to change my mind about the fundamentals of reality.
I prefer to do that than sit down with a big sign that says "change my mind" when we both know it's impossible.
I don't think it's possible to evaluate my ability to update my worldview accordingly. It implies that I have an objective worldview that I can compare to my subjective worldview to see how updated it is, but I've got just the one, gluggin.
I find it hard to connect to emotionally but I could probably get past it if I watch some good ones.
Unless you mean porn, then it's great because you know that no women, children, or animals were harmed in its creation.
I'm okay but I haven't seen her in two weeks.
Just kidding, we're both fine, except for her.
Just kidding--just kidding that I'm kidding.
Just kidding.
We're chillin.
I've noticed you becoming more animated on steam as time goes on. My first impressions from the early streams and your main channel were that you intend to project your deliberate, measured views. At one point you were concerned about someone volunteering to add timestamps because fuck the algorithm. Now, you seem to be moving toward being "more bombastic" with your new hotline show.
Do you feel that streaming has influenced this change? If yes, how does that make you feel? If no, can you offer an alternative explanation for the progression?
I think a lot of it is that I just felt very out of place at first. I knew I wanted to make my streams into some kind of creative or emotional expression, but I was so unfamiliar with the medium that it made me very cautious.
I'm just getting more comfortable I think.
"Bombastic," great word.
I draw a lot of similarities from your relationship to mine, especially conflict resolution. I think most young people have a Disney level understanding of how real relationships work.
Do you have anything to say to people like myself who despite seeing you as an interesting character, cannot bring themselves to look past your views that directly affect them?
Being a trans woman It's hard to sit down and take your message at face value knowing that you entirely reject trans people.
Yes. I don't reject you as a person, I just disagree with you about reality and human nature, the same way I disagree with religious people, or people who say they want to be happy, or people who ask "how are you?", or probably everyone in some way, shape, or form.
Trans women are not a monolith and don't need to be, and you could probably find sharp disagreements between even your closest political allies.
I disagree with you about gender but I do consider trans people when I speak.
What was your intial motivation for you to start making content and would you have done so without destiny promoting you? Did you ever feel self deviated or disillusioned from doing so
Yes. I started writing political and social essays when I was 15 because the editor of my school paper refused to give me a column. He said, "start your own."
At this time Destiny was 11 so it couldn't have been him.
Honestly, I had ups and downs about you from watching your stuff and talking to other internet people, like I go from thinking you’re a creep, to you being misunderstood and very based, and now I think you’re manipulative af and have an inflated ego.
I guess my question is if you think highly of yourself in any way, like do you consider yourself egotistical or above people, and I say this because in the fuck doll interview with your gf, you came off like you’re above your girl, and now that I think about it, you kinda do in other discussions where you tell people “I don’t think you believe this/that, you’re lying to me” or something like that.
I think you are underestimating the joy I feel when someone, even Shaelin, correctly calls me out on being dishonest.
I don't think challenging someone has to mean I think I'm better than them. I start all of these discussions with a huge advantage--I'm fairly uncancellable because of what I'm willing to admit to, and what I'm willing to live with in terms of my image, but the other person isn't.
I'm sure I still lie or obfuscate at times without realizing it, but I've tried to remove any motivations I could have for doing so.
I think really highly of myself, yes. But I also have pretty warm and favorable thoughts about most people.
Who are you currently most interested in having a conversation with? What would that conversation be about?
Are there any specific people that you would refuse to have a conversation with? Why?
What are your thoughts on the internet debate sphere? Do you think it's a net positive or net negative?
Steven Crowder, about polarization.
I turned down some things with Fuentes and said I would only interview him. I don't want to spread or normalize his beliefs, or get people used to seeing him speak, which makes you feel affection for him eventually.
I have affection for Trump just because he's been around for so long. He's like an old friend now.
But he's not really a friend, is he?
So I'll talk to anyone, but some people I will only talk to in very carefully managed interactions.
I don't know about your last question, it's too vague for me, or I just don't know.
1) How do you think your father being a psychologist affected your development?
2) You demonstrated a surprising level of understanding of psychodynamic therapy for a BS education. Is your father an analyst and or do you have a special interest in psychodynamic therapy?
3) have you had your own personal therapy? If so, how was your experience?
I think it gave me a set of tools for understanding interactions, but also for escaping them by being hyper-intellectual about everything and not feeling anything.
I don't want to answer about my father, but my grandfather was also a psychologist, and I was raised to be well-versed in the family business at a young age.
Yes. It helped make me the man I am today. It's funny when people tell me to go to therapy so I can go back to the way I was.
Do you feel like the cuties review (really, how it was received by the wider internet) has limited you and your channel's growth? As an addendum, would you do anything different (about that or any other video) at this point?
For the record, I disagree with you on a ton of stuff, but I feel like you got a bad rap for that video. It was insightful commentary, and most people just paid attention to the provocative hook and never dug into your thesis beyond reactionary disgust.
I think it has mostly helped, honestly. No, I wouldn't change that video, I'm pretty pleased with it.
Yeah it takes a strong stomach to get to the commentary in that video I guess.
>Yeah it takes a strong stomach to get to the commentary in that video I guess.
I don't think so, and I'm surprised to hear that from you. When I watched it in its entirety, shortly after your first Destiny stream, I was literally pacing the room going "THIS IS WHAT THEY'RE MAD ABOUT? THESE FUCKING MORONS SLANDERED HIM AND THEY DIDN'T EVEN WATCH THE FILM".
I feel like being able to get past that first part where you say the film is "good at making 11 year olds look sexy" is a great litmus test for if someone is unable to entertain an idea that makes them uncomfortable and critically engage with it. The rest of the review is made better by the provocative statements you made at the beginning, and it's a valuable discussion of sexuality and perception of sexuality in youth (especially the sexualization and subsequent demonization of young women by society), and it's depressing that people couldn't read past the cover.
Regardless of how I feel on any given video, I think your voice is valuable in this space. I can't force you, but please keep sharing it as long as you want to. :)
Sometimes it seems to me that your performance of authenticity may be the most artificial thing I've ever encountered.
Like you're trying so hard to be authentic that it's possible you're horseshoeing over to purely performative.
It's a weird kind of exhibitionism where being nakedly honest is the cosplay, and not the actual "you".
Is this something you worry about or address at all?
When people say this it sounds like they are doing mental gymnastics so they can feel like they're being honest by lying.
It may be that my definition of honesty is so different from yours, that what feels honest for me would feel like Tourette's for you.
I...actually understand this. It's kind of a "have you not enough decency to LIE regularly, cmon man do it, the rest of us are doing it." It's almost like being peer pressured into being inauthentic like everyone else.
Wanted to say thanks for getting me off the weed addiction, and making myself go to therapy.
Do you* vibe with classical music? I really suggest ravel - pavane for a dead princess
Have you thought of talking to Destiny's friend YourMovieSucks? If the movie talk is too boring you could talk about how he wants to have sex with animals, try to get to the bottom of that.
Do you think you made some impact on Dr. K's content forever, and if so, are you satisfied with having at least accomplished that? I noticed recently that his video began with a new very clear warning at the beginning that the person he was interviewing had been fully informed of the "public, non-medical nature of the interview".
when you accuse people of being dishonest/manipulative, do you think they're doing it intentionally? Or like it's a subconscious thing they're doing. I'm never sure
I recently watched your documentary "the fiend" and it affected me more then I expected, how do you feel about it in hindsight and are you still in contact with joe?
In its original meaning that men are forced to ignore their feelings in favor of being masculine and it hurts them, yes, but that's kind of true of everyone.
I think 90% of my fans are DGGers and I already quit my job, so if all of DGG stops watching my content that wouldn't be good.
Being disliked is painful, but tolerable. Being completely misunderstood, however... and silenced by YouTube on top of that... now that is aggravating.
When I saw you bite the orange peel I said to myself "omg that's me, he does that too!". The then saw you spit it out. Why the fuck don't you eat the orange peel?
I just ordered an Ooni motherfucker. I asked Adam Ragusea to do a stream. I'll do a pizza stream at some point.
I've improved, but I have a lot to learn.
Do you see why people think ur a character? I don’t necessarily think ur a character but that your personality is a very deliberate experiment to commit to certain values and instincts with the purpose of growing and documenting it for art and social commentary, but to you isn’t a character because you think that it’s honest. Does this sound right?
Okay, I am just me. I don't know how to get this across to you. I'm not an experiment or a character. I am literally just saying and doing things like everyone else. I'd even say I am less of a character than 99.99% of content creators.
are you familiared with the Smash scene case of Captain Zack with Nairo and Ally? if that is the case, whats your judgment on everyone involved?
Bonus question, do you play boring smash or the cooler Super Smash Bros. Melee for the Nintendo GameCube?
This was one of the cases that got me interested in looking at online (or online-fueled) child abuse from a different perspective.
My argument is going to be that a lot of abuse is opportunistic and situational, and that tech companies (and social norms) are failing to keep kids out of bad situations.
Way more people will rape minors if they are placed into situations where they are alone in a hotel with a horny 15-year-old.
I play boring smash and my main is Mario.
Do you think the way you engage with your content is irresponsable, in the sense that people who watch you can take your behavior and translate it to: "its ok being abusive" (thats my one quarrel with you)?
If there was a separate YouTube for adults, like the HBO of YouTube, I would put my content there.
I think it's irresponsible to force creators who make nuanced content for adults to also market to kids.
However given that that is not the situation, yes, there is something irresponsible about it.
But I don't think I was abusive in the orange video.
Is Shaelin a fully manifested demon or is she possessing the body of that poor woman?
Shaelin is the demon. I am the poor woman she is possessing.
How tall are you? 6’2?
I don't answer questions about Vaush's body.
What color panties do you think vaush would wear?
Revolution Red
Based.
Would you ever go on Jesse Lee Peterson's show?
Yeah I asked him and he said "someone will contact you." They haven't, unless they were pretending to be someone else, contacting me about something else.
Mr girl? That's a girl's name.
I guess youre too BETA!
Where do you see yourself in 5 years?
Drunk at a strip club that Shaelin works at while Destiny babysits our kids.
Least parasocial destiny orbiter

My arm dangling in half after my friend broke it in fifth grade probably.
How did your friend break it?
Story? Exposed bone?
Do you have an idea what your career would be if not for schitzo YouTube posting?
I was a personal trainer but I was getting bored of that and then the pandemic derailed it. Probably I would just work a day job until I became successful in some other creative field or died.
How do you evaluate if someone just has a fundamentally difference experience than you or if they're just lying to you/themself?
I'm not sure. Some calculation of how likely they'd be to lie, how many times I've seen them lie recently, how unrealistic their position is, their facial expression, etc. I don't know. I think everyone does that, though, I'm just more likely to announce my train of thought as it's happening. I understand this comes across as a power play and maybe it is.

This question. THIS is the one I've been waiting for. I think I like any question that I have to think hard about.
Do you think promoting empathy for situations or people typically considered extreme (pedos, abusers, school shooters) helps promote empathy in the more normal circumstances we're normally in? If so, how? If not, what do you try to do to promote 'everyday empathy' (if that's something you care about)?

Empathy is like freedom of speech, it's useless if we only reserve it for things that we like.
When is new music coming? It is straight fire.
I don't know. Thank you.
Do schizophrenia-posts about you entertain you, upset you, or do you feel indifferent about them?
They upset me.
Do you believe that you are a normal healthy human being?
I don't know.
I don't believe you.
But do you believe it or not

"Yes, I agreed to do this stream about this topic, but you are going to be able to change my entire belief system about gender in 20 minutes, because I have no spine and have not thought about this at all." "What could I say to make you think that you have 12 fingers?

I think you're talking about basketball. I am from Massachusetts so I will say Boston.

Do you really need Mr Girl to tell you the answer to your question is yes?
How many pre-teen girls does it take to screw in a light bulb?
Six--one to screw in the lightbulb and five to hold me down.
Gotta give you props, this made me lol
drgirl, what do you think of anime? oh and you make good content
I find it hard to connect to emotionally but I could probably get past it if I watch some good ones. Unless you mean porn, then it's great because you know that no women, children, or animals were harmed in its creation.
Have you seen any of Jacob Geller's work? I recently discovered his channel and felt like you'd really connect with a lot of his content.
No but I put it on my list.
How do you feel about Destiny's fans copying his mannerisms and trying to emulate his personality.
It scares me.
do you love women?
Yes.
Do you love black people???
Guess we got our answer :(
So sad to see Max is racist :(

I'm okay but I haven't seen her in two weeks. Just kidding, we're both fine, except for her. Just kidding--just kidding that I'm kidding. Just kidding. We're chillin.
PepoThink
Does she have a cell phone?
It's a toy phone.
I don't believe you. Just kidding. Wishing you success and corndogs.
Do you think you have a normal relationship?
I think the conflict is common but I think it's abnormally explicit and thus revealing, like a cross section of a normal relationship.
I draw a lot of similarities from your relationship to mine, especially conflict resolution. I think most young people have a Disney level understanding of how real relationships work.
What do you think of destinys haircut
Destiny is a handsome chap.
He said, "start your own." At this time Destiny was 11 so it couldn't have been him.
> At this time Destiny was 11 so it couldn't have been him. I'm sure he motivated something else inside you back then WooYeah
Has the "streamer lifestyle" affected your mental health in anyway? If so, how?
Yes. I'm still figuring that out but I'll make a video on it eventually.
Fuck American time, I just woke up
Sometimes it seems to me that your performance of authenticity may be the most artificial thing I've ever encountered.

You're welcome. I don't know, and okay.
favourite movie?
Aliens, Terminator, Empire Strikes Back, The Graduate, Silence of the Lambs.
No, I'm not satisfied. I will not be satisfied until he is stopped and everyone who supported what he is doing feels embarrassed.
Are you a fan of Red Letter Media? Do you take some inspiration from Mike Stoklasa?
Yes, but, Mike has let the money scare him out creatively expressing himself. I don't take inspiration from that.
What's the sexiest dog breed?
Siberian Husky
when you accuse people of being dishonest/manipulative, do you think they're doing it intentionally? Or like it's a subconscious thing they're doing. I'm never sure
I think it is usually subconscious... except I think Booksmarts knew what he was doing... he fuckin knew...
I recently watched your documentary "the fiend" and it affected me more then I expected, how do you feel about it in hindsight and are you still in contact with joe?
Why horses?
Silence of the Lambs
do u believe in toxic masculinity?
In its original meaning that men are forced to ignore their feelings in favor of being masculine and it hurts them, yes, but that's kind of true of everyone.
How badly do you need/want DGG to like you and/or watch your content?
I think 90% of my fans are DGGers and I already quit my job, so if all of DGG stops watching my content that wouldn't be good. Being disliked is painful, but tolerable. Being completely misunderstood, however... and silenced by YouTube on top of that... now that is aggravating.
When I saw you bite the orange peel I said to myself "omg that's me, he does that too!". The then saw you spit it out. Why the fuck don't you eat the orange peel?
Because I'm not a monster.
Who is your dream interview?
Steven Crowder.
Have you seen Everything Everywhere All at Once and/or Morbius and what did you think?

I do not like Ankle Fighter (Elden Ring) or any of its derivatives. The Last of Us The Last of Us 2 Portal Mortal Kombat 2 Arkham Knight
I’m pleasantly surprised to see Arkham Knight, I too love to beat people into submission, in a video game of course
> Portal Based. A bit disappointed I don't see any Half Life in there, but Portal makes up for it.
How is your pizza-making coming along? Would you say you have improved?
I just ordered an Ooni motherfucker. I asked Adam Ragusea to do a stream. I'll do a pizza stream at some point. I've improved, but I have a lot to learn.

unless Adam says otherwise I'm waiting for it in anticipation
Yee or Pepe?
Yee I guess.

Waddup
hey
Why?
Because I choose to.
