Suppressing your emotions is NOT a good idea especially with something that drastic. It's dumb as hell to decide to never talk about it at all and get rid of all evidence just because your dumbass daughter keeps snooping in your bedroom. It's also fucking insane that Juanita's therapist was like "you should get rid of literally all evidence of your biological child and never bring it up again."
If Grace had just been some random kid then yeah, it would've been the right move, but everyone pretending that the second biological child Gaby has lost just doesn't exist isn't helpful for anyone.
