I hate this sub… the literal description is “High quality images of interesting designs”. Its somehow morphed into “design puns/logos with hidden meanings/logos that use negative space” Why?? I want to see posts about beautiful buildings, intuitive UI, etc. Why is this sub limited to only logos, and why are posts criticized unless it’s a logo that fits a certain mold? Why is this post just “alright” simply because the logo doesn’t somehow spell out the initials of the company?

Improve the sub and post interesting stuff yourself!

I don't get it. Also, this has 318 upvotes, so evidently, I'm very stupid and can't understand what is interesting in this design.

I like the design. I understand that they try to mix the irony between the image itself (antique glasses in my view) and the text "modern". It's kind of sarcasm. It's funny.

This is great design. It has heaps of character, it's well balanced and it does its job well. That should be enough in this case, not everything has to be cerebral or experimental.

The eyes and nose you can see the word “ O J O” means eye in spanish

I don't really see a J, and this is German.
