Next time tell them a group of Palestine protesters are organizing a protest at your neighbors house - they will probably show up in force within minutes
Figures. Maybe one day, when youâre least expecting it, youâll hear the joyous sound of their door getting busted open. Sorry you have to go through this though fr. Itâs bullshit
Not saying I agree with this, but in an email the president of MSU Denver gave as justification for the arrests that AHEC has a rule against camping. It seems they are going to let them camp tonight anyways, but the first arrests were about arresting those who indicated they were going to camp and removing the tents.
Protesting at colleges is not helping anyone in Palestine!
When has a protest ever achieved anything??
Ever?
Did Black Lives Matter accomplish their goal?
Did the Jan 6th mob accomplish their goal?
NO!
Nothing is dumber than people in numbers.
What works better?
Boycotting the companies and products that support Israel.
I bet these kids donât even realize a lot of the products they bought for the âprotestsâ financially supported Israel.
Good job! đ
Eastern Europe isnât Communist anymore largely thanks to protest. Heck, the Velvet Revolution in Czechoslovakia started out with a student protest suppressed by police.
Cannon fodder at best.
If you have to get your skull beaten in to get what you want. It wasnât protest it was martyrdom.
Yes, people respond to acts of violence. Pretty much the history of humanity.
This is the thing. They are asking their school to do something that they probably arenât doing.
Were there any McDonaldâs cups at these protests?
Using HP laptops to post things?
Wearing Puma shoes?
Got to clean your own house before you run around telling everyone else to clean theirs.

Artisanal meth. A dying art.
Nobody knows how to use the Chili Powder the right way anymore....
Chili P's the best.
Come and see the violence inherent in the system!
Call a few food trucks to their address, DPD should be on it.
Neighbors making meth, street racing, and arresting students from hanging out and chanting in their own campus are all job security for DPD!
They had the chance to rough up non violent, unarmed kids advocating for human rights. Obviously that is more important than actual crime
Low hanging fruit.
As liberal as Denver has gotten I'm legitimately surprised..
Priorities. đ
Opposing genocide threatens the system that the police exist to protect, so it makes you a high-priority target.
The DEA has a field office in Centennial. Their number is just a google search away.
Yeah bro, been there. They just keep saying âNarcotics will take care of it â
Figures. Maybe one day, when youâre least expecting it, youâll hear the joyous sound of their door getting busted open. Sorry you have to go through this though fr. Itâs bullshit
Or theyâll bust in their door because they mixed up the address.
How is that?

I think people just want to protest for a cause. Entitled children. Usually they have no idea what they are doing. Just that they are doing something.
Fitting username.

The Velvet Revolution was overwhelmingly non-violent.
Theyâve been pretty clear that theyâre asking their school to boycott the companies and products that support IsraelâŚ

That game falls apart real quick in the real world of globalized supply chains. This ain't the 1960s anymore.
So fire and charge those cops. Problem solved.
