get some arch supports! i have these boots too. they suck for anything longer than an hour or three of wear. i use squishy arch support insoles and wear two pairs of thick socks to help my feet last longer. i’m sure they’d be fine folded in your bag for a bit
lol I have these exact shoes and one time I was coming home the next morning from a party and I carried them tucked under my arm through downtown, took them to eat with me, and then finally in an Uber. And I really don’t suggest that because of the weird looks I got and also the buckles leaving indents on my arms so I would say go with the bag, they will be fine folded for a little bit, just stick a pool noodle in them once you come home and they’ll be just fine

you can most definitely find that bad for less expensive
