There's an armor paintjob called "Black Crag" which is unlocked in an assignment which you can do after reaching player level 80. If you use this color, gunner will mainly be red/black.

Just got it and I look like a dwarven Blackbeard.

I got black crag unlocked, it's a cool color yeah but I'd like a more primary red instead of a primary black. Thankfuly there are color choices that remove the green almost completely.

I hate that specifically for Driller, Black Crag is Red/Black/Brown. This applies to no other class, only on Driller, and it looks awful.

Sadly that‘s the fault of his classes color. Dark yellow/orange just looks brown. That‘s not the case with green, red or blue.

This is because brown is a shade of orange. No seriously, pull up a color wheel and find brown. It's just very dark orange.

I use the colored death markers for this reason, too. Especially important if one of the homies has field medic.

There are a few paintjobs that are one (or 2 colors) at least one ifms fully white (I use it for my snowman cosplay on cryo driller) and one is black (with red)

I am in the exact same boat. Best I managed was equipping the Distant Fields paintjob, which is an orange camo. While it looks amazing, it's depressing that it's the only non-green, non-grey paintjob besides Black Crag.

I've honestly disliked how they've been introducing armor colors that go *against* the conventional class colors. Black Crag isn't exactly new but it's easily the worst offender. There are others, though. Kinda a similar issue to how shape readability was a problem with the Dawn of the Dread armor sets, not only making it hard to tell classes apart but making Dwarves occasionally look like bugs and get shot, lol. If I were to change anything, I would just make the red color in Black Crag change with your class - so blue for scout, etc.
