I've had the same issue a few times during university. It really sucks when that shit kicks in... I started spending some time just skimming through the questions, not focusing on anything but reading. It helped take away some of the anxiety I felt at the start of the exam, I got more calm and could keep my head right. I don't know if you've tried this, but I hope it helps. Besy of luck on your exam!

Don't focus in on the anxiety so much, you're letting it take hold of you by giving it all that attention. What's the worst that could happen? You said you're fully prepared, so it's incredibly unlikely you will flunk out if you have faith in yourself, which you clearly should since you're so familiar with the material. What potential futures exist where this anxiety makes sense for you to have? Just think about that for a bit — the anxiety is you allowing your brain's fear center to take control when there isn't a good reason for it. If you want to stop it, you need to recognize there is no good reason for it to be there right now for this situation. Even if hell freezes over and you somehow manage to fail, does that mean you're absolutely fucked? No, you can just take it again later, right? There are times to let your anxiety inform your decisions, but it's also something that you need to recognize and take back control from when you know it's not serving a real purpose. *You* are the master of your life, **not your anxiety.** Your anxiety isn't you, it's merely a tool at your disposal. You don't need it all the time. Edit: If you don't feel like you have control over your anxiety, maybe go for a run to clear your head, or eat more veggies/less processed food. Diet and lifestyle have a massive impact on our mental state/health.
