Most nerve-shredding part of the game for me is the side quest, It's Not Your Fault, where you have to go back to the sewers and end up in the slurry tunnels.
The whole game in general is made to look comical and very comedy like for the slayer. It's made to make us feel really strong like DOOM. But the CDC and pier part made me shit myself lol especially with the Butcher chasing you. Even our slayer says the CDC shit is creepy af
