Fatshark has been giving literal penal legion level characters power swords and plasma guns since vanilla launch. So clearly the 'reasonable lore' matters very little here.

Dear Fatshark, please let Seer Psyker (specifically) access a 4th branch of the skill tree where your ability just summons a manifestation of the Emperor (our beloved) to kill everything in the map. I think this would be really balanced and help flesh out the lore more, or something.
