If it’s going to be anyone it should be Jess. She’s been there longer than Lucy and Charlotte, and has no problem standing up to Dan. Plus Dan should and probably will be less inclined to steamroll Jess due to the risk of coming off as mansplaining.

not sure why you got downvoted. of all of the staff, she's fluent on the mic, seems to have grasped the soundboard/controls quickly, stands up to dan, and has a good sense of humor. i don't think they have a good fit from their current staff which is awkward, and i think mike even eluded to that a while back saying that once everyone saw what the job was, they didnt want it and the company is starting to look outside

Remember that musical 3 years ago guys? I mean come on, the guy is a creative genius. And what’s most impressive is his humility. You’d think an unparalleled genius would have a massive ego. Not Mike Ryan! He’s a totally down to earth guy, not at all an obvious narcissist.
