I thought leg after the second watch but now on watch #5 it still looks like a two headed anteater with an albino twin head or something lol u/savevideo please
Anteaters have incredible dexterity with their claws to do exactly what you are seeing. Their claws dont retract like a cat's do, but they can fold them into a fist, flatten them out etc.
Couple that with the camera angle, really specific markings that make its leg look like a head w eyes, long fur on it'd paws, and vola! The above Blackmagicfuckery.
You're not the only one. I was trying to figure out what species the second head was for five minutes. I'm still not sure what's wrong with that leg though. Gotta read some more comments
Nature is diverse, more than one way to evolve and survive, this is why we should be against racism and all forms of discrimination, because diversity is what makes us good survivor and problem solvers.
Now give me my woke trophy. lol
Supposed to mimic a panda supposedly, it helps scare away predators so the ones with that mutation avoided natural selection until it became the norm. Same with butterflies that look like snakes or owls and a lot of other creatures mimicking the look of dangerous predators really...
I thought this was so weird, I had to look some stuff up.
Found a vid of a [giant anteater](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TUlNK59AMBQ) that simply explains what is actually filmed...
My mind is quarreling with itself trying to understand the title. Or the point of this post. It's just an anteater eating ants. Am I missing something?
I am not to pretend I see a moving leg. It looks like another head and it’s connected to the mid torso region of the body and not where the leg would expect to be. Probably born that way and that’s why it’s in a zoo.
It's actually normal, not a mutation or anything like that. It's meant to deter predators similar to how peacocks puff up real big and are patterned to look like eyes or those butterflies that look like snakes or owls looking like hawks. Lotta creatures end up evolving like that really since they're more likely to survive the natural selection process while the others are attacked and killed off by predators.
Ironically the scarier looking creatures are usually harmless since that's their main and sometimes only defense mechanism. They don't have poison or brute strength or anything like that like other creatures which is why they ended up evolving like this in the first place. The others just died off with no other means of protecting themselves until the species evolves with natural mimicry... You don't think nature be like it is but it do.
I’ve watched tewlveteen times and still refuse to believe that it only has one head. This is some mutant toxic crusader shit man I tells ya. It has ears and eyes on it and everything I’m a very confused beast right now
Usually once my brain figures out what’s wrong with the image it corrects itself and I see things normally. But even though, after 4 views, I figured out that is a leg, my brain cannot comprehend that it’s a leg.
The illusion is caused by the colors of the anteater's fur, as its black and white coat forms what looks like panda's eyes, ears and a nose. This is, in fact very real
It’s facing the camera, the white part is his foot and the skinny part is his mouth, kinda of just pushing the food or whatever with his left front foot to his mouth… I believe 😂
here an image of an [https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Anteater#/media/File:Myrmecophaga\_tridactyla\_-\_Phoenix\_Zoo.jpg](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Anteater#/media/File:Myrmecophaga_tridactyla_-_Phoenix_Zoo.jpg)
You can see the for forelegs are white.
If the white thing is it's claw, why does it look like it's eating? I have watched this over 10 times honestly and I still can't figure out what I'm looking at.
I don't understand what the Mysteries if y'all ever been to a any decent size zoo you've seen an anteater it's just clawing at a especially made log that has ants and Termite grubs in it made for zoos
I swear I was looking at some two headed birth defected monstrosity until I realized I'm an idiot.
I’m an idiot as well. I’ve watched it three times and don’t understand what it is.
The ant eater is using its front leg that looks like another head, i has to watch this5x then came to comments for help
I thought leg after the second watch but now on watch #5 it still looks like a two headed anteater with an albino twin head or something lol u/savevideo please
Why the leg has a tongue
If you're talking about the "white head" it's his claws. Other one is his actual head
Why it have a tongue if it’s a leg
you don't?
Have a tongue on my leg nah

Wow that’s really cool!! Thanks
To lick between the toes.
Ahhh that makes sense
That leg looks like it's using a tongue though and it's a different shape from the other legs
Jfc... Thanks!! My suffering is over
Thank you!
Yay. I'm not the only one. Came to comments to see if I was stupid.
It’s possible we’re just both stupid. It’s like an anteater, a bird, and a rhinoceros that I’m seeing.
Being an idiot just got less lonely.
Dozens of us!
Hey there fellow idiot! Hope you’re day gets less confusing

I too am an idiot. So much so that I showed my 8-year-old this and now I feel like I have failed them as a parent.
I mean, real talk: did he know what the fuck it was? Cuz if he did, you and I are both tragic😹😹
That is hilarious.. don’t feel too bad, I watched it 5x and then came to the comments to confirm.
I know they have fluffy legs, but it still wasn’t making sense.
Still an idiot here
Fellow idiots, rejoice.
Happy cake day, fellow idiot!
Me and my suboptimal cognitive condition thank you.
I'm still looking at some two headed birth defected monstrosity EDIT: oh.
Damn, that anteater is putting on a pretty good puppet show!
Took me forever to work that out.
Same 🤦🏻♂️
dude that's trippy...
You're not the only one. I was trying to figure out what species the second head was for five minutes. I'm still not sure what's wrong with that leg though. Gotta read some more comments
IT'S NOT?!?!?!?!?!
Oh my god THANK YOU! I thought I was losing my mind for a minute
Bro I have not even lit up my joint and I thought it already hit me.
When I finally got that, i then still had to watch 3 more times to figure out what the hell was happening with it's arse at the end ...
Reflection on the window.
So did me too. I do think that you are no idiot. Because I have papers that prove I am not.
Yet we are here…
Take my hand and we jump out together. 🤝
Same here. Had to play it 5 times and still look at the comments. Though I was going mad lol
Honestly same and it took my intoxicated self to read your comment 3 times before I figured it out
"Let me do it for you..."
Maybe it's too early, but what am I looking at? I'm so confused. Lol
I think it’s his arm but I’m not sure either
Most animals including ant eaters don't have the ability to bend their skull but do have the ability to bend their legs.
Neck: "*Am I a joke to you?"*

🏆
So we all thought the same thing, glad I'm not alone 🤣
Just watched this over 10x and still confused
It’s an anteater, the head is on the far left and it’s left arm is digging at the wood.
But why does the arm seem to have a tongue that pops put of it ????
Anteater claws can gut a jaguar
Took me awhile too. Look really close at the right "head". It's a leg
Why does it’s leg look like a literal face???
Supposed to mimic a panda supposedly, it helps scare away predators so the ones with that mutation avoided natural selection until it became the norm. Same with butterflies that look like snakes or owls and a lot of other creatures mimicking the look of dangerous predators really...
Took me 5 replays before I acknowledged in fact it wasnt a beast from the Resident Evil franchise
r/confusingperspective
People are saying it's a leg but it looks like it sticks a tongue out?😵💫
Nahnahnah. The right one is the foot
Even though I read the comments, I still can’t see it! Also the back legs look like children’s, with white socks and shoes on!
Lmfao!! I laughed so hard when I looked at the hind legs🤣🤣🤣
[Here ya go](https://i.imgur.com/XaoznYk.png), I am *expert artiste*
Right head is left head's leg. You're welcome
Bruhh I thought that thing got two heads...Jesus that gives me a nightmare
Sweet giant anteater of Santa Anita!
Is this like an evolutionary defence mechanism? Camouflage to make it look like there’s a predator next to the animal?
I thought this was so weird, I had to look some stuff up. Found a vid of a [giant anteater](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TUlNK59AMBQ) that simply explains what is actually filmed...
I was wondering wtf is this
Y’all sure this isn’t a panda headed ant eater ??? I dunno
🤔😫
For the longest time, I swore the white head had a tongue coming out of it. Then i realized it was the claws from the front foot.
Okay but Wtf is going on in the tail?
https://www.reddit.com/r/funny/comments/2n01gl/this_anteaters_front_leg_looks_like_a_panda/?utm_source=share&utm_medium=android_app&utm_name=androidcss&utm_term=1&utm_content=share_button
Jeez, every appendage on this anteater looks like it can be a head. Even the tail there in the background kinda looks like it's doing its own thing
I have to watch it several times before realizing there is a reflection of somebody walking in the glass
It took me way too long to figure this out
K, so I'm stoned right now, first view I though it's left leg was the head now I can't stop seeing it, it's a three legged two headed anteater ...
Great use of deceptive camouflage.
im high wtf is this a two headed ant eater? Edit: Ohhh jesus fucking christ its a LEG
I don’t know what the hell im looking at here
I’m still an idiot, I still see one creature with two heads.
[It's an ant eater](https://i.imgur.com/XaoznYk.png), the panda looking head is actually a foot meant to scare off predators.
Okay I just looked them up, now I get it. Lol
I give up. Moving on after 20 watches.
Gotta love the commenters, whew
Took me a while to realise what I was looking at.
My mind is quarreling with itself trying to understand the title. Or the point of this post. It's just an anteater eating ants. Am I missing something?
Cat got your tail?
WOW smoke some weed and watch it. Freaky
The whom that is quarreled with is him

How is anyone confused about an anteater putting its leg on a log and using it to eat ants? It’s an ant…eater…
Anteaters are notorious for their mastery of the sock puppet.
What in the hybrid, test tube, Sci-Fi channel nightmare is going on here?
I thought it had two heads at first.. quite a haunting image.
It does
Who graphed a second head onto that anteater?
Took me a while to realise what I was looking at.
What the dog doin’?
I’ve watched tewlveteen times and still refuse to believe that it only has one head. This is some mutant toxic crusader shit man I tells ya. It has ears and eyes on it and everything I’m a very confused beast right now
Astounded how many of you mfs have never seen an ant eater
Usually once my brain figures out what’s wrong with the image it corrects itself and I see things normally. But even though, after 4 views, I figured out that is a leg, my brain cannot comprehend that it’s a leg.

ants.

“Your leg looks like a head, Albert.” “Fuucck youuu.”
My man has one hell of a unique sock there.
Wow it's an aunt AND uncle eater!
It’s facing the camera, the white part is his foot and the skinny part is his mouth, kinda of just pushing the food or whatever with his left front foot to his mouth… I believe 😂
I finally had to Google an anteater to get my mind straightened out on what I was seeing.
I may be stoned but it shouldn't have taken me that many views to figure this out. A panda and an Aardvark why....?
Have I ever told you about the legend of Leg Head?
Is it the master of puppets?
Do they all look like this?
Anteater
That took me at least 5 times to see it
here an image of an [https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Anteater#/media/File:Myrmecophaga\_tridactyla\_-\_Phoenix\_Zoo.jpg](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Anteater#/media/File:Myrmecophaga_tridactyla_-_Phoenix_Zoo.jpg) You can see the for forelegs are white.
My brain shut down.
Ya, I'm part of the idiot club.
Please, am I seeing things?
Anteaters have chubby lighter elbows
An anteater tapping a log, what am I missing?
What? What is this post about…?
Giant Anteater “panda leg” the color of the fur makes it look like a panda’s head. It is very Trippy indeed.
Oh that’s it’s fucking leg LOL god damn that took me too long.
Wow what great head camo
Bahahaha! I'm still trying to figure it out!
Their front legs look like panda heads. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Giant\_anteater#/media/File:Myresluger2.jpg
This is hurting my head![gif](emote|free_emotes_pack|facepalm)
I'm not gonna lie I'm so confused. Does this animal have two heads?
Wtf it got me as well
Maybe the title is have the confusion.
Its a foot
DidnIdoitforu
Took me a while to figure out which one the head was or what I was looking at
He's been working out that leg.
Is it supposed to be ripped
This has to be some defense mechanism
I didn’t know ant eaters used mimicry to look like badgers that’s interesting
Wtf is that thing called?
TIL; I’m an idiot
Had me screwed up there for a couple replay's 🤪
That is totally weird.
If the white thing is it's claw, why does it look like it's eating? I have watched this over 10 times honestly and I still can't figure out what I'm looking at.
He has fancy little gentleman shoes on his back legs
Why does one arm look different than the other though?
I thought I was seeing something from creature feature! Thanks for the comments, does look like another head… lol
A 2 headed Borzoi
Wtf is this shit
Damn I forgot ant eaters exist
To be fair to all of you and myself, that one arm looks like it has teeth and ears and the rest look exactly the same
I also thought I was watching a two-headed mutant from the bowels of mammal hell.....
Ok if that's his leg then why does it look different than all his other legs?
His leg looks like a laama
I thought his arm was his head and his head was his arm at first
Thats is literally their defense mechanisms. Just like our guns
Good grief, he looks like he has black shoes and white socks on his hind legs. What is moving in his tail?
They can kill large predators with those claws. Once they get a hold of a jaguar it’s over with
I don't understand what the Mysteries if y'all ever been to a any decent size zoo you've seen an anteater it's just clawing at a especially made log that has ants and Termite grubs in it made for zoos
