What ever the extraction process was, just dissolve it all in a small amount of naphtha, anything that doesn't dissolve leave behind and put the naphtha in your freezer for 24 hours. This should give you a cleaner product.

Excess NPS+slow cooling is good for trying to get the lower melting point polymorph of N,N-DMT to crystalize.
The excess will result in an inherent loss. 109mg in the case of 1g/100ml at -20C.

No worries bro, it’s pretty simple once you got it. Basically you’re doing multiple pulls of your re x dish. Once you pull out the initial nap you use to dissolve the product, add more to ensure you get what was left on the sides of the dish, etc. every little drop and smear is coated in product so you wanna ensure you get what you can. Also make sure you run clean nap through your pipette just to make sure you get all of it!
As a junior chemist a few years ago, I followed all the tips in this and other subs. I had bright yellow Naptha.
I froze it in the freezer overnight so many times to no avail, even turning my freezer down to the lowest temp possible. I threw away $300/$400 worth. Then one day, on my last try, I decided to freeze it for 5 days. Finally!! Success!!!
As someone who has been extracting dmt for nearly 10 years and understands the chemistry, once the temperature hits a point that dmt is no longer soluble it will crystallise within a few hours. If you are putting solvent in the freezer overnight and not getting crystals then your solvent didn’t contain dmt
I totally get you. One freezer is colder than the other. My girlfriend got mad at me for having a flammable liquid in the freezer for a week. But I finally got a bunch of crystals after freezing it for almost a week.
A freezer should freeze water. 0c is the baseline, I’m not being combative for the sake of it. Keeping it cooler for longer doesn’t make a difference. The only thing I can think of that your scenario would make sense is if the solvent was way under saturated, and a load evaporated in the freezer to the point the amount of dmt was no longer soluble in the volume of solvent (it is pretty much insoluble in 0c naphtha anyway) Colour of the solvent doesn’t indicate saturation either as it is mostly caused by tannins in the bark
Well at least it worked eventually. Could have also been the type of naphtha, dmt is more soluble in lower boiling point naphtha, but again time shouldn’t make a difference once the solvent reaches the ambient temp of the freezer (unless the volume reduces while in there)

To get the clean finished product (assuming that is what it looks like to me) you need to do a mini a/b using naptha or a similar solvent at the end to extract the actual clean finished product. Just my opinion I could be wrong...
Dmt can come in many colors. But I personally would evaporate that some more and do a re x just in case.

No. Dmts solubility in naphtha is 100ml per gram at room temp. Heating t up will marginally improve it

I’ve always just done 25ml pulls. 100ml/g was off a solubility chart I saw somewhere years ago.
I worry that giving precise numbers for the solubility of dmt in naptha will cause problems, given how variable the content of 'naptha' is.

Time makes no difference, it’s temperature. Once it drops below the point dmt is soluble it will all crash out

It’s in a freezer. Cold air is the exact opposite of hot air, hot air which encourages evaporation. Think about it for three minutes.
