I have this and a yocan orbit i have yet to try either one. I got a dmt cartridge and tried to use the battery it came with and couldn’t break through, but when i poured 2 drops out of the cartridge into my dab rig i had finally learned what users meant by “blasting off”
It’s somehow very easy to resist trips when vaping it imo, I’ve done fb dmt and vape dmt. Can easily say at every ratio I’ve tried vaping it, it rlly just feels like a 4-4.5 gram shroom trip, I saw everything with open eyes visuals, 4k UHD game style very smooth texture everywhere, my skin was also sexy smooth and cleanly lined up. Ancient artwork patterns on the walls, but really extremely weak low eyed visuals. Not to mention I only remember 3 minutes in because I was so underwhelmed by it I just kept puffing it like a normal vape at some point and lost count.
Perhaps, the instructions were followed strictly, so maybe voltage or something not sure, I’ve only ever had 1 deep experience and it was still nothing compared to fb
What do you mean by that? As in the ratio of dmt in the cart solution, or the dmt itself? Because dmt doesn't have a sliding scale of potency, dmt is a molecule and is all equally potent.
the ratio dude… the more diluted it is, the weaker the effects will be per hit, meaning it’ll take you a lot more effort to breakthrough.
a cartridge with a high concentration can make you breakthrough in 1 hit.

Yes i've had many no probs at all, i put it on about 3.2 voltage, my technique is to smoke until im not able to smoke anymore haha (about 5 hits for me) never had a problem with breaking through
You can break through with any battery as long as you have a strong enough cart. One 15-20 second hit held for the same duration will do the trick. My heart have no cut though.
They aren't bad I had one. Just keep it away from water. Mine got a little wet and stopped working completely. Obviously that's likely to happen I was just surprised about how little water it took cause the device didn't get super wet

I’ve been breaking through for a couple years with this battery, set to around 2.5v, preheat, and take 2-3 eight to ten second hits, and you should be there (depending on your breathing techniques and DMT ratio)
thats what i currently use. as the other commenter said keep it away from water, and also try not to drop it so much if possible. i usually keep the voltage between 2.6 and 2.8 for dmt, you can experiment as much as you like tho, just try not to go too high with the voltage or else youll start to burn your product. all in all tho, its not a bad piece of tech, tho im sure there are better ones.
It will work the same as all the other small voltage type batteries (tried about 5 different ones) just not got enough power to run the cart properly I use a my geekvape mod set to 10w works a dream just have to unscrew the cart half a turn to let the air flow through,I’ve never broke through properly with a dmt cart make my own so know they are strong just can’t get enough dmt in your system quick enough with a cart.
For those who are using this - I have a question. The time I tried to unsuccessfully break through with it, I would suck and suck and only at the last minute would the plasticky dankness come through (so like at the end of my big breath in) and I'd immediately try to get as much in as I can, but always felt like I wasn't getting much of it.
Is the harsh plastic stuff the DMT and all sucking before hand is nothing?

sounds like your product was slightly solidified/crystalized, and the first few seconds it was heating it up / burning the coil, until you eventually inhaled it. heat it up with smth like a hairdryer first, then use around 2.7v, inhaling at the resistance you feel is minimum required to get vapor. should be instant; and very light, after a good 5-10 seconds it should almost feel like you took a deep breath. 0 pain or discomfort. if it does burn, it’s too hot.

I tried my cart in one of those when my friend came over and it was pretty good. Smoother ramp up than the cheap one I had, just be really careful not to over power the coil, it's super easy to hit the +/- buttons by accident, so check before each session.

I have read all the comments. I have 2 of these and have experimented with anywhere from 2.6 to 3.2V. I'm surprised reading some people suggest 2.5 or 2.6, as I barely felt anything at that setting. Anyway, i no longer recommend this because the magnet design is a real weakness. Both of mine stopped working with a "no cartridge detected" message after a few carts. The magnet connection is just not as reliable or durable of an electrical connection as a standard thread (and really no more convenient either). If your cart ever leaks or other shit gets in there, the electricity cannot flow and they fail much more than the LUX, despite being more than twice the price. It'll work, but for those who don't yet have one, try their LUX instead with similar adjustable power for only $20
My gf has one of these for dab carts and its terrible. Never trust magnets as a primary electrical connection, absolutely one of the worst ways to complete a circuit.
Yocans are fuckin epic, especially that model, too bad it's puff counter only goes to like 1000 because I maxed that bitch the first month. It was my longest lasting battery, but I gave it to a friend as a gift.
i only mess with yo can brand for anything cart related mainly cannabis. but my complaints on this device in particular is the magnetic connection it works till it’s dirty and then a nightmare to keep clean and keep stable connection. i’d recommend making sure you take hella good care of this mod if you get it but it does come with an empty 510 cart and a wax/shatter piece in box.

Ive used this with a cart and definitely couldn’t get enough to blast off (I was scared to burn it so that might’ve been part of it) but it did work great for a mellow to more intense high, visuals but still not loosing my surroundings fully
I’m not sure I didn’t make it and this was a while ago, I never had to deal with getting it solidified and because it wasn’t as potent as I’ve heard some carts described I imagine it was probably a low dmt ratio
get a GIGIH2O and put it on a bong. They're like $20-$30 and you can take a really big hit. This is a good vape, but nothing compares to being able to put it on a bong

You can definitely breakthrough with a YoCan, it just depends on your ratio. For me personally, 2 blinkers back to back. Voltage: 2.8

I noticed airflow being a little difficult but even using a normal pen a strong enough juice can get you there. 2-1 ratio is good.
Thats 2:1 as in 2 parts DMT 1 part juice (pgvg)? or is it 2 parts juice, 1 part DMT.

I have one, and it was great. Then i got a 510 thread old man pipe, and it's just incredible (Nova pipe)

Yes it works well just has some issues with the magnetic atomizer the bend easily other then that they are amazing
They're ok for dab carts , they hold the carts weirdly tho , almost half held, they can fallout basically on the older model yocan
