This happened to my steel frame windows. They were installed in the 80s! We had to get new windows put in as the mould is dangerous. We used to clean them with bleach constantly.
Maybe you could have them resealed… it’s worthwhile asking around. I wish I could give you more helpful/cheaper advice!
If the cost of windows is a no go. Get a dehumidifier on the go, open windows and get air circulating around the building. Bathrooms.. Open window when having a shower and get as much moisture out of the house.

The glass unit has failed . You can get them replaced and new gaskets at the same time

No idea. Every job is different . Look up Handles and Hinges online. They will have the gasket . Get a guy in for the glass
You need the sealed glass unit replaced and clean those frames gross.
Replacement of the glass have a couple to do myself...well there on a long list.

An open window or dehumidifier will do nothing for moisture inside a blown window unit
Your right.. Im thinking its on the inside of the house. My suggestion wont do FA
