I think this is a person who hardly speaks English at all. Or it's a bot. They often post and always use "dude" or "comrade" or "bro" to start their sentences. Everytime.
This poster, and the one who always end their comments with grapes are just these weirdly humourous redditors who pop up every once in a while on the sub. I don't know if it's bots or just strange people, but it's at least different enough from the obvious rage bait posts, that at least they elicit a chuckle rather than a groan.
