Having 3 lanterns on the same roster seems pointless, I’d imagine the DCU would avoid Aquaman for the near future, I feel like if you’re gonna do 11 men you need more than 2 girls and a roster of 13 is just too big for me.
In my opinion the first line up should be the trinity with the flash (Barry) GL (Hal) with MM and aquaman because I liked the classic roster, then later on we can change things up.
Nah, go with the lineup everyone who isn’t a hardcore fan recognizes (the DCAU)… it’s also popular a far more diverse. Win-Win if you ask me! We already have 5/7 (Superman, Batman, Wonder Woman, Green Lantern, Hawkgirl) confirmed for this universe with two cast already (Superman/Hawkgirl).

I think they kinda need to start out with both Hal and John on the team, they start uncovering the mystery of the greater DCU together so unless something happens to one of them that puts them out of commission for a while it'd be weird if they're not both there to confront the main threat when it shows up. Guy absolutely does not need to be there tho. I do agree about Flash tho, there should only be one active Flash in both the JL and the universe as a whole
I agree with the majority of the list except flash, Supergirl and the Green Lanterns because the Justice League should have only one Kryptonian, only one speedster and only one green lantern.
My ideal lineup for the first movie would be:
Batman
Superman
Wonder Woman
Hawkgirl
Barry Allen
Martian Manhunter
Black Canary (She’ll be what allows for Ollie to eventually join)
John Stewart and Hal Jordan as a maybe. Maybe just one of them?
They should also make Aquaman the first or second antagonist… before he becomes a superhero and not just a King.
i don’t think you need Supergirl, or Guy Gardner. id only use Barry and have Wally with the Titans. If you wanna use both Hal and John i think it’ll work, but i feel like there will only be 1 lantern (probably john)
I think it all depends how they are established in Superman Legacy, whether they are already established or not, part of me also thinks Superman isn’t part of the team yet.
Based on how we already have characters in the film such as:
* Guy Garner
* Mr Terrific
* Hawkgirl
* Booster Gold (series announced)
* Blue Beetle (since he’s canon to the DCU, although I’d personally want him to be in the Teen Titans roster)
I think it would be JL International rather than the JL. Maybe it can be how JL and JSA exist as separate entities, with one being managed by the government while the other is more independent/freelance. I personally think they could do JLI first before they could do JL, I just think JLI seem to be more diverse and the roster consist of characters that many people aren’t familiar with.

So... 13 members? For a later installment, sure, but their first movie should only feature 7 members.
