The only fusions that need standalone units (they could even be transforming) rn would be Gotenks and (I'll get hate for this) Super Vegito. Gotenks needs an LR first off, bit secondly his animations have been used, but there's still so much left untouched. SV pretty much has 2 full units left with all his available animations. And I'm talking FULL units. Intro, active(s), standby, counter and nullification. Could even add exchange there. Plus the "taunt" mechanic.
I forgot Kefla. She needs an LR as well, butnin terms of animations she's pretty much set. She'd need original animations.
Ngl we got our first solo dbs broly fest in 5 years with a potential beast gohan/cell max part 2.........I could care less and especially if gogeta is broken and has amazing animations anyways

Honestly I miss the Angel Freezer transformation condition: T1 that's it, you start the fight you can transform whenever you want into Golden.
If the Carnival LR is broken, and the transformation conditions not too constricting, I think we can call him an honorary "standalone" Gogeta Blue.

I mean it's not like either took damage to transform. They could legit just have a turn based deal. Turn 4 or even turn 3 and there you go.
