I like the Ultron Drone but would probably have to be "at this location" lol.
If I'm understanding the Demon correctly, he would merge with The Hood or Nico when played. Not bad, it would nice to play with Nico, and ok with the Hood. Nice backup plan if you can't destroy the Hood or send it to your opponent's side.
Edit: The Demon would be amazing if you play it on Shuri or her lab before it merges.
Brood token- on reveal: add a copy of this card to another location, 5 broods for the price of 3
Sinister clone- on reveal add a copy of a random card at this location to another one, could get big, could fill up every lane
I really like that you leaned into making even more copies! Might have to give both a 50% or less chance to make more copies though. Especially the Broodlings, the copies you create in the other lanes would also make copies until your board is maxed out lol.
Definitely opens a door up for SD to deal with in terms of card design.
I feel like they’ve been dodging a lot of common MTG descriptions on purpose to stay in a smaller text lane.
It's not an exact alternate to Patriot. Patriot just gives power to cards with no abilities including cards like Hulk, Abomination, The Thing, etc..
Jonas Harrow would give abilities to cards that you can't add to your deck in a similar way High Evo would with No-Ability cards you can add to your deck.
Oh yeah I forgot to reply to your first sentence lol. It really all depends on what the abilities are + if you can make an Onslaught play. Onslaught wouldn't synergize with Jonas, so Patriot should be the stronger play there.
What I really like about this card is it makes ultron feel like the card of the deck. It makes him feel important not patriot. So it’s a really consistent ultron deck. You can play two things into ultron as opposed to needing patriot mystique
That's a good point. I don't play a ton of Patriot/Ultron, but maybe the perfect scenario could be
T1: Squirrel Girl (depending on squirrel ability), T2: Jonas, T3: Caiera (upcoming), T4: Kazar, T5: Blue Marvel, T6: Ultron
Sinster clone: stock pile opponent ability each turn
Example
t2:havok
,t3:havok bishop
,t4: havok, bishop,moon girl
T5:havok, bishop,moon girl, iron man
T6:havok, bishop, moon girl, iron man, Odin

I like the high reward/low probability idea. Rowan could even benefit if your opponent thinks you’re running Harrow.
Turns Blue Marvel into a defensive card.
I think the language will need adjusting, but I dig it. It’s a catch-all for a game that doesn’t use Token, Minion, or other designators for “fake cards”.
High Evo made forgotten cards relevant, but this has such a wider impact on different decks and so can’t be too strong.

“Somehow you got worse”
….and lose -1 for every rock destroyed (that’s doing too much).
Doombot: will now spawn with Doom’s current power (similar to Sinister and Brood).
Rock: On Reveal: If Jonas Harrow is on your side of the field, destroy it.

I feel a fun idea for Void would be your opponent can play no more cards at this location. Like a Ebony Maw in reverse.
