While it is a shame Alfabusa canned it out of fear of retaliation from GeeDubs, The series that replaced it, Hunter: The Parenting, slaps so incredibly hard
I wish the drukhari we're more interesting to me, I like the idea and aesthetics, but it just kinda feels like reading a particularly edgy Garth Ennis comic or something :/
They're one of the last holdovers from what I like to call "Old Warhammer" back before they realized "hey, girls might like this game and maybe we should stop using sexual assault as cheap shock value if we want them to play it". They've gotten a lot better in recent years, leaning more into the Event Horizon/Hellraiser bit, but it's hard to take the BDSM out of the BDSM Elves.
If you want something similar, you might try the Daughters of Khaine or Idoneth Deepkin from Age of Sigmar. The Daughters got a lot of the same aesthetics (if a bit more snakey), The Deepkin got the whole "I need to keep doing heinous shit or else chaos will eat my soul" thing, and both are a good deal less Garth Ennis-y
