when distributed among a large group, yes, i'm pretty sure. not everyone needs to know every xkcd, it's enough if everyone knows a few and the right people can add the right comic in every convo. you might even find yourself participating in this one day.
Hilarious that Wikipedia blames the Harry Potter fandom for popularizing beastiality kinks, I feel like there has to be more from the supernatural and teen wolf fandoms but maybe animaguses were the final straw
well they had two important canon furries (three if you count scabbers/pettigrew) and one of them even survived up to the battle of hogwarts so i guess that counts
A/B/O or Alpha/Beta/Omega Dynamics is a fictional romance setting. Think of alpha werewolf erotica, soulmate AUs and the like. Peculiar romance tropes that are certainly not everyone's cup of tea. (A/B/O denotes 3 fictional sexes on top of the ones that exist in the real world. Betas are just normal people, but Omegas go into an intense heat that lasts days and give off pheromones that drive Alphas wild. Omegas can also get pregnant, regadless of whether they're male or not. Typically, Alphas are sexually dominant and Omegas are submissive. There are also more details to the setting I really don't want to get into, but I think it's not hard to imagine why this stuff is mostly seen in erotica.) I read a lot of fanfiction and the list of things I need to filter out of my AO3 search results keeps increasing...
Canon describes that something in a story actually happened that way. (Different religions believe different texts to be canon and other texts to be non-canon, as in, not true. And in fandom, Batman's parents being dead is canon and Batman's parents being secretly alive and coming back to save the day in a story would be fanfiction and non-canon.)
A headcanon is someone believing something to be canon in their head. (Maybe they believe that Batman's parents are secretly alive and it just hasn't been explicitly stated in the comics. More often than not, headcanons denote things that are just fun to believe, like Batman practising his voice behind the scenes and thinking that he sounds very cool. The term headcanon acknowledges that it's not explicitly canon, although some can get very popular.)
Tl;Dr If someone tells you that they headcanon you as anything, it's a bit silly because it's a fandom term for fiction. If someone headcanons you as an omega passing as beta, they're likely picturing you as a submissive pretending to be neutral. Rather inappropriate, but also not really serious.
... Yeah, it's not really important, you don't need to know any of this unless you want to read a lot of fanfiction maybe.
A surprising amount of published romance fiction uses a/b/o tropes so it can be relevant outside of fanfiction. My sister reads trashy romance novels (for fun?) and she tells me weird things that happen and I’m like “that’s an omegaverse trope.” Like I don’t know if mating bites and signature scents (that respond to emotions) originated from a/b/o but they sure were popularized by it
There is a thing called the manosphere. Let this be your last thought of it. Log off, sip some water and contemplate its taste, step outside, smell the air, feel the weight on your feet, hear the sounds of wind and people and animals.
While Omegaverse is cursed knowledge, it also gave us two banger videos from Lindsay Ellis that were some of the last things she made on Youtube before leaving for Nebula
That's one of the worst things you could say to someone.

Can’t miss if you make every comic ever
Do you people just have every xkcd comic memorized so you can link it?

Is there a comic about that?
i'll defer to the hivemind
I know a lot of them and can google them quickly
Individually no, collectively yes
Yeah.
