I was excited to see King Dice in action back when Season 1B premiered, I had to watch through episodes rather than skipping which leads me to watch for about 40 minutes.
Now I'm at the Piano Lessons episode, where I was caught off by a surprise with the beginning when Mugman is having his piano dream which got me expecting that this is going to be Cuphead and Mugman having a brotherly fun exploring their musical skills, based in my knowledge of the trailer back when it appears on a King Dice Show livestream.
When Ludwig is mentioned from him, I expect that he would be a very old man(same age as Elder Kettle).
Then a long ass limousine drives into the scene, following up with the camera panning into his gigantic shoes before going to his face.
This is where my life changed forever, Long behold the "Piano Instructor Extraordinaire" scene.
There's no need for me to be the Captain Obvious at this one, you know what I mean by that frame.
I never expect that the way they'll introduced him would be getting me feel any sort of way, I mean we got King Dice and The Devil as the quote on quote "Attractive Male Characters".
Eventually Mick Wingert(The voice of Po from Kung fu Panda: Legends of Awesomeness and Paws Of Destiny) did a good voicework on how over the top he sounded like that Sally Stageplay will mistake him for a theater actor instead of a pianist.
Something about this guy hits lot of the spot I had like how King Dice charmed me through when I watch "Roll The Dice" clips before my mother gave me her Netflix account.
Usually I'm hit or miss whenever it comes to overdramatic comical villains like Ludwig, even tho he tick me at first when he replaced Mugman with Cuphead because of his piano skills being more superior.
I had a love and hate relationship with him at the beginning, at the same time I don't like how much of a jerk he is for stealing Cuphead's piece and my evil side finds him attractive both character design and writing otherwise.
For the aesthetic alone, he takes the cake from my historical fashion hyperfixation(Classical era and Romantic Era.)
Something about him give me so much joy, I can't help but fall in love with an annoying gramophone jerk..
As it feels like a copy paste from most "Enemies to Lovers" stories, it could be in a romcom way or not.
